The location of the hotel is a little way out of Vico Equense so be prepared to plan your day around the timings of the free shuttle bus. The road the hotel is on is extremely dangerous and not suitable for anybody with mobility issues. It would be much more safe if the shuttle bus dropped customers off in the hotel grounds or at least on the same side of the hotel.

Lovely hotel with breathtaking views. The layout of our room wasn’t what we expected however it was clean and comfortable. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, both cooked and continental. Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Honestly, the only thing that I can think of is that there is not really a good place to take a walk as you are on top of a cliff--but there are shuttles to take you into Vico Equense so you can get around easily.

Wonderful staff, incredible views, great food at the restaurant. Would definitely stay there again. We had a Seaview room, with Mount Vesuvius across the bay. Also amazing sunsets each night we stayed.

They do not serve pizza. How disappointing!

The place is not close to Sorrento if you compare the taxi rent which is 70 euros. Imagine if you do at least 2 trips. We instead used train which is very reliable and cheap and take 15mins to reach Vico. From there we used the shuttle bus which is very handy and takes upto 25mins to reach hotel. Or you can get down at Seiano but there is no dedicated parking for bus. It take hardly 5mins from there by shuttle.

The hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff I have experienced in a while. The view from the room was exactly as advertised (stunning views of Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples) and, despite being located on the main road to Sorrento, the room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast has a good range of fresh products, included handmade baked goods, and is taken on a terrace with amazing views. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you into Vico Equense from where you can catch the train to Naples and Sorrento. The whole vibe of the hotel is really nice.

We need to commute to the train station each time using shuttle bus but it works overall very well for us. This is the location where you can enjoy not having so many people around.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It feels like an exclusive hotel where you can enjoy the nice view and hotel facilities after a long day visiting outside attractions. Air-conditioned room of the right size. I enjoyed staying at this hotel so much and will choose to come back again.

Everything went well, above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend this hotel. The views were breathtaking. Convenient if doing the Amalfi drive.

Not just this property but all of the Naples region is difficult to get around. Taxi fares are outrageous and would not recommend renting a car as driving here is crazy. Be prepared to spend some bucks for transportation

Breakfast was very good, but what was better is the person running the restaurant in the morning. She was beyond amazing, friendly, on top of things, attentive, accommodating, making people comfortable and happy, so you start the day right. Was very impressed by her.

The only slight drawback is the location on a very busy road which made it difficult to cross the road even when alighting from the shuttle bus.

Location, wonderful scenic views; friendly, helpful staff; delicious food, a great selection at breakfast - we especially enjoyed the freshly cooked omelettes.

Property sits up on a steep overlook; and, driveway was difficult to get in and out of (dangerous) since adjoining road was on a curve and it was difficult to see oncoming traffic. Not for the faint at heart when driving ;} Also, we were in one of the rooms at the top that only had a small port window... Should have spent the money to be in a different room with more windows... Next time!!! : ) <3

Taxi’s are rare and expensive to get to the location. Only hot breakfast food was scrambled egg, toast and bacon. No beans or sausages. But still plenty of other nice pastry options and granola.

Location was a bit out of the way but there is a shuttle bus and public bus stop opposite the hotel. We hired a scooter for 2 days to visit positano and Amalfi and this was great the hotel sorted out delivery of the Vespa and was cheaper than we could’ve got it locally or online. Staff very friendly especially the woman who works in the restaurant didn’t get her name but really accommodating, hotel does good options at breakfast
