Shower is a little bit small and I missed some soap. The appartment was rather warm.

We had a 2 bedroom appartment. Finding the keys was a bit difficult, because we didn't know what room we were in, but the staff helped us out. We were able to enter the room to put our luggage.

A little tricky to find and check-in a bit of a hassle, as you have to do an online check-in before you got there. If you don't have mobile data to use, would be problematic. No physical instruction manual. Wanted QR code scanned. Ran out of gas last morning, so no hot shower or cooking stove. Good customer service. We needed to extend our stay and a quick call later it was possible..

It's a nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. The hosts were very nice and responsive. They offered complimentary tea, coffee, salt and sugar. The location was good, not far from the center. The only problem was the inconsistent internet.

Not at fault of the apartment, but the area is noisy at night. There are also groups of men just hanging around the streets, it can be unsettling at times. There are a lot of steps to the top floor, which are not good for anyone with mobility issues. We were aware there was no lift, but it was still very steep and tiring at times. The WiFi was very poor and the TV had no signal. We didn't report it as we were only on a short break but it would have been nice to have these facilities that we paid for, in the price.

Very clean and well stocked apartment. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Added bonus of complimentary water, tea, coffee and sugar. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Good communication for check-in. The company sent a message, during our stay, to check all was okay. It was a convenient location for train station, walk along the river and straight walk to main centre. There is a Trattoria just on the corner that had great food and well priced. The umbrellas provided were a great help when the rain showers started.

The mattress on one of the beds is uneven and not comfortable, the mattress needs changing for sure. Also, the bed makes a squeaky noise every time you move. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was not too strong but manageable. Lastly, the TV was not connected to a signal, we tried but kept getting an error, not a problem but it would have been nice to be able to watch some TV.

The location is great! Just 5 mins walk from the station which comes in handy when arriving by train. However, I would recommend scheduling arrival at the city for after 3 pm otherwise you will have to pay to be able to check-in before this time. Also around there is a Carrefour Express which is very convenient for buying breakfast essentials. We liked the place, a few stairs up to the door and then down to the flat. The kitchen has the essentials but bear in mind that only a few mugs are available.

The host should check the mattresses in the back bedroom. The shower is a little cramped to get into.

The property has 2 spacious bedrooms, reasonably well equiped kitchen, useful outdoor area. The location is excellent being an easy walk to most places.

The shower didn’t drain at all and the beds definitely need replacing-you can feel the springs in one and the other has two major dips with a high spot in the middle.

Bathroom was very, very small and was only 1 for 2 room. Very hard to manage for 2 couples. Shower stall was not draining well and felt like we were always standing in a puddle that could overflow. Also room facing the front window was very noisy.

Loved the location. Minutes away from the train station with lots of restaurants and sights within walking distance. They also allowed us to check in early which was a real help. The little back courtyard was very nice and added character to the house.

Strong smell of chlorine in bathroom and kitchen sink, AC probably faulty, not enough toilet paper and had to reach out multiple times for restock.

Toilet seat fell apart as soon as we took the seal off; repaired quickly, but the cleaner must have known. Blue splatter all over one of the bedroom desks and by the sink, cleaner hadn’t removed. I cleaned it up. WiFi stopped working the first night, not fixed until after dinner the next night (only there 2 nights). TV didn’t work, no reception in any input mode. Dining room table between the couch and low-lying TV, so would have been difficult to see anyway! My daughter left a ring by the sink, and they never contacted us about finding it. It was good costume jewellery, not real; but you wouldn’t know to look at it. Cleaner probably pocketed it.

Great location, only 7 minutes from the station and near the river. A little off the beaten path, which means there’s great reasonably priced restaurants around! Quirky layout, but lots of stairs😥 Comfortable beds.
