Unfortunately our apartment had air in the radiators which reappeared after maintenance released it and caused a loud dripping noise. The pool appeared to have too much chlorine in it. My daughters swimsuit was completely bleached after 1 hour in the pool and we smelled like chlorine for 2 days. My husband and daugter also reacted with eye irritations. We brought it to the staffs awareness and hope the problem will be solved.

Loved the location, very kind staff and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. Everyone made an effort to help us and provide excellent service. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Great bathrobe and slippers service. We loved the shuttle service to the ski area.

there was an issue with warm water one day and had to wait for an hour to get a shower almost missing dinner and was not pleasant at all-other guests had the same problem too that day.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing!!! So many choices of food everyday and lots of nice and helpful waiters and chefs. The spa area was fine and nice warm water in the pool. Walking distance from the cable or you can use a hotel ski transport.

Only one slow elevator for a fairly large hotel. The only hot food for breakfast was eggs, but there was a long queue in the morning for the cook who prepared them.

Good hotel, honest 4 stars. Although the ski lift was only 400 m away, it was very convenient to use the hotel shuttle, which delivered hotel guests to the ski lift every 5 minutes. Spacious free underground parking, charging for electric vehicles. It was convenient to put on warm ski boots in the ski room and immediately board the shuttle. Nice SPA, indoor pool, especially liked the outdoor jacuzzi. Good breakfasts, excellent dinners. I recommend taking half board. It turns out much cheaper than paying extra for dinner.

I would prefer a swimsuit-on sauna. The pool could have been a bit warme or there could be a hot tube to warm up after skiing. Having to come up and go down via the garage ramp with skiboots on is very inconvenient and accident-prone. Guests should be allowed to use the lift even with boots on.

Super-kind staff, great breakfast and fabulous dinners. It was a fine dining experience every night. Great wines too. Free, on-demand shuttle to and from the ski lifts. Ski boots and ski room is right below. Wellness area is nice and spacious.

Our suite room with direct access to the garden had several deficiencies: when we entered temperature in the room was above 30 deg C and there is no airco. Staff provided us a fan and portable airco but they were useless against such high temperature. Only at night after opening all windows we could breathe. Also the WC room has no sink. The only sink was in the bedroom. Not practical. So advice: avoid the suite room with direct access to the garden.

The property is nice and it looks modern. Our suite room was recently renovated. Facilities are also good (but not astonishingly good): both swimming pool and gym areas were definitely too hot.
