We have stayed in lot of places but I have to admit that this is one of those rare times when host exceeds every expectation. Brian was super helpful, always available via WhatsApp, super friendly and even prepared a guide in .pdf format to have the best transport options, restaurants, etc. Was really great. Location is super close to Pigneto metro station so you can get to any point easily. Great neighbourhood and room itself was really clean and comfty. Highly recommended. We didn't take breakfast as coffee shops are working from 6 - 7 AM even on Sundays so we wanted to try each morning a different place :)

The building is very close to the road. At night it's quite noisy. The hotel provides earplugs but they do not help at all. The window in the apartment does not have any soundproof layer. The shower was leaking. As for staff - we didn't meet anyone and it was really contactless check-in. But! We asked for a wifi password and got it only the next day after check-in. We asked for a hairdryer but didn't get it at all...

Close to the city center, the subway station is 9 minutes by foot, bus station - 1 minute Good bed, apartment looks good

It is a bit noisy in the night, because of the sounds of the street near by.

It is a nice little place, clean, with new furnitures and the tram (to the center) is just a few minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Our room was facing the street. We were kindly provided with earplugs. I'm a light sleeper, so it didn't help. Though my son was not complaining, slept like a log without them.

The room is just as in the picture. We rented one with a bathroom of our own. The kitchen is shared, but almost never saw other guests. It's well-equipped with a little fridge, a cooking panel, a microwave, a kettle, etc. There are different utensils for cooking, as well as for serving food. Wi-fi is great. The staff is 24/7 available and is very helpful. A walk away from metro C. You've got to change lines to get to places. Oh, there's a fantastic confectionary on the way to the metro station. Couldn't help buying a cornetto every time we crossed it. Enjoy Rome!

The toilet didn't work, we had to deal with the blockages with a bucket and water. the owner did not answer, the toilet asked to flush with a hose under the sink, which did not flush anything except the floor in the bathroom. I called 10 times a day, there was no answer. everything was fine, until the moment I had to use public toilets, but not in the room I’ve rented. Terrible experience for traveling, do not recommend to anyone

The bathroom was not connected to the room, you have to enter through the corridor, on the other hand it's private and clean.

The room was modern, spacious and comfortable. Shared kitchen is equipped. The landlord is very helpful, he even recommended some places to visit. The public transportation is really good, you can easily get in to the city center by bus or tram.

There was a lot that was not good. 1) The rooms were really small. We were with 3 persons and one of the people had to sleep on a sofabed (which would be ok), but it was just a plank. 2) You have a separate bathroom, but you need to walk over a corridor to get there. You always need to carry keys to get in and out the bathroom. 3) Only 3 towels for one week for three persons 4) The noise in the building and from the street was enormous. 5) The neigbourhood is a really bad one. 6) It is very far from the center. 7) There is no WIFI even though the description says there is wifi.

There were no real positive things. The staff - which we saw only twice during our weeks stay - was friendly.

Nice and kind owners always happy to help you about anything regarding rome. And always happy to answer your questions. Real italians. Need travel advice? Need a new towel? Absolutely no problem. Place is easy to reach using tram 14 and 5 and also bus number 81 from and to the Colosseum. Same bus will also drive roughly 1 hrs near the vatican. Hotel itself is in a peaceful neighborhood. Equipped with a microwave, kitchen nook and even a fridge. Wifi is very good and its even faster than mine back home. Shampoo and body soap are provided by the hotel as well. Right next to the hotel is even a laundromat with superfriendly staff at affordable prices. A supermarket less than 5 minutes on foot and restaurants as well. I would come to this hotel again.
