The staff @ the receptionist was very unfriendly, not helpful and couldn't even smile in our faces. He didn't even trust me with the city tax money so he kept my passport till i paid the 33 euros 🤦. he was annoyed every time my one year old walks around . The pool was dirty and not even fully filled. it was very disappointing for my kids. If u arrive anytime before 3 pm or after 22pm no way you can check in. we arrived 1 hour before check in and had to wait with my kids who were very tired on the street waiting for anyone to come even when u call them nobody answers...it was deserted. I'll definitely not go there again and can't recommend it.

The staff !! The Guy at the reception was everything but nice, not friendly at all!! Breakfast was really mediocre (no fruit except green appels, some bread, industrial croissants, mermelade, cereals Low cost and youghourt). The coffee was really bad! The parking was full and the guy at the reception didn’t care about this issue. People (of the hotel I think) were smoking just behind our window and it smelled bad in the room..

The rooms don"t have air conditioning at all, no outside terrace, bathroom is quite small, the outside pool is dirty. Extremly noisy street. One man show, the receptionist is taking care of everything: registrations, and managing the facility in general, pool, garden, etc. Parking is not enough for all the guests.

The price tag of the hotel room is good. 70 Eur for a hotel room in the Dolomites, is alomost impossible to find in post-Covid era. The location of the hotel is very nice, having a pool and a big garden makes a big difference.

The room was simple, yet the bed was very comfy. The best thing about the place is the swimming pool. I enjoyed it for an hour and was very pleased. Breakfast was nice. Not all of the staff is friendly or talkative, but the housekeeping girl was such a beautiful soul ♥️ humble and kind.

Good breakfast . better than on other places in Italy. I made a checkin in 6,5 seconds. Fastest time ever. :) Recepcionist was very fastpolite. But on his special way. Never saw something like that. Thumbs up!

The hotel was full and without parking possibility. The receptionist was unfriendly and we were offered alternative accommodation with worse parameters than ordered.

The hotel location in Tramin is very good. Breakfast average.

The room had only one plug in for the electricity, not near the bed. The man working there is very unprofessional, complaining all the time that he is not the owner so he does not get profit from the place he is occupying and that everything is written online on booking and on the website. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he kind of made me mad of the place! On the other hand, the owner never answer my request for the receipt, so maybe they are just those kind of people who take your money. I suspect he was the owner and just lied to me to be mean! If you want to have a nice experience of the area, I DO NOT suggest you to stay in this place!

Wifi didn't work and we told the staff about it but still didn't had any wifi (couldnt use our cellphone for internet because of reception limitations), no airconditioning the room was way to hot (there was a heatwave) The room we had was way overpriced! For 140 euro for 1 night you expect a little bit more of comfort and space

The Rechtenthalerstrasse seems to be used as a 'race track' by the locals and the noise levels were very high. Whilst this is not something the Hotel can directly influence, it would perhaps be possible to allert the local police force to this unacceptable behaviour of some of the local drivers - especially motor cycles doing 'time trials' up the hill - after all, this is a 50 km zone!

The room was comfortable and the pool very nice. Breakfast was excellent.
