You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaFriendly staff, very helpful. Breakfast and dinner were super delicious, excellent coffee. The room was comfortable and they cleaned the room every day. The property is pet friendly and they also allow for owners to bring their dog in the bar area. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

AustraliaWe visited in the peak of summer and there was no air conditioning, but we slept with the doors open and it was fine. Couch was a little small but we spend most of the time relaxing on the huge comfortable beds anyway. No other cons to report.
We had a mountain view suite (with timber ceilings) which was very spacious. Highly recommend. Beds were dreamy, memory foam - extremely comfortable. All staff were very friendly although perhaps only the younger staff can speak English. The breakfast and dinner were extremely generous and good. Highly recommend adding these options. Car parking was good although we had an undercover reserved spot possibly due to the room we booked. A very pleasant stay.

Italyour room was clean, bathroom modern, double bed comfortable. hotel accept dog for 8 EUR /night extra charge. hotel has good restaurant and bar, and as we wanted to bring our dog with us during the meals, we had to eat in bar area, so for breakfast we could take our food from buffet and than eat it across the hall in the bar area (it was actually nice and private). the breakfast buffet is great- the cakes are very good, lactose free and gluten free options available. the dinner is fantastic (10 EUR/person) 3 meal course - very good quality and tasty! Bravo chef! polite and friendly staff. the hotel has private parking. overall we liked it a lot, already decided to come back next year.

GermanyThey charged us with one water and one aperol spritz extra, but I will consider this...our tips for them I didnt like it that the tv was in the wrong position in my opinion. I could not watch from bed to tv. A little bit problem with the parking
