Bed was not very high quality, but did not hurt my back.

We wanted a clean, decent, affordable room relatively near the Roman sights and this delivered. Staff was kind and helpful. We saved about $40 keeping our luggage there before check in instead of storing it at train station. This was about a ten minute walk from a metro station and helpful bus routes. Room was quiet and even had a nice outdoor area we never actually used. The room is small, but not a problem considering most of the time was spent in the city. Perfect for our family of three.

The room was in the basement and it hasn’t got any natural light.

The room was simple and comfortable. It is about 8 minutes from Termini station and about 25 minutes from the Colosseum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

We were very tight fitting our luggage and the walls were quite thin. You could hear the sounds from the corridor.

It was very close to the subway station. We went during winter and the heater was on at all times, which was great.

The bed was a little harsh and the sound isolation isn’t fantastic.

The room was quite big, the staff was really friendly and helpful. They kept our bags in the hotel after we checked out! Also, there is a cute little garden in the back of the hotel so you can chill at night when you come “home”. The hotel is very close to the train station which is incredible and only 9 min walking to the metro station.

While the location is central enough (we walked in from the bus station with backpacks for a weekend trip) and there are cafés and restaurants close by, the hotel is not in the city center and requires a bit walking to get near the tourist sights.

Friendly greeting and as we were getting in a little after dinner time, the man at the front desk offered some recommendations for places that we could still get food. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was very clean, and it's provide all the comfort you need for travelling around Roma, and the hotel has a garden, nice place to have a sit, having lunch. The location is good too, it's very close to the train station, and just walking distance away from colosseum. The neighbourhood is very lively, good supermarket within 5 mins.

Distance from termini station is far than expected, 20 minutes walk with our luggage and the street is not as flat as we hoped

We got a basement room which we cannot open the window and enjoy the inner garden view. But you can access to the common sitting area next to the hotel. That is a nice sitting place.

White lights everywhere made it feel a little eerie - could make it feel more comfortable with warmer lights. Otherwise everything else was great :)

Owner was super friendly and nice, he responded well to my requests and was super helpful during my stay. Although the room was pretty small, it was tidy and was cleaned everyday. It meets every expectation I had given it's affordable price.

My room was not as nice as it appeared in the pictures. It was not dirt, but looked old, not so nice.

Only downside is that, for the rooms at ground level, they do not get that much light, as half of the room is stting underground (at least the rooms at the same level with the reception).

Looation of the hotel was next to tram and bus station. You can reach Colloseum if you walk about 30 minutes, which is fair considering the price. The staff was very friendly, offering information if needed. The hotel also has an inside garden, with plenty of room, which was really nice. Overall, if you are searching for something comfortable and clean at a good price, I would recommend this placee. Also, 0 problems with water/air conditioning and the bathroom was very clean.

The hotel was ok and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately we did not have a balcony, so we had to do down to the garden to drink coffe. There was no coffe maker in the room, but we could take it the reception. The price is little bit too high.
