How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Maybe only the garage was the weak point because of how cramped it is. The ramp to enter it pretty steep and my car was scraping the ground on exit.
The position na dyne staff were friendly. Also the view on the Ferrari main building was something else.

I had problems with the toilet tank in the room, but they were fixed in a few minutes.
First of all is the best location! Comfortable bed, very comfortable shower. Good breakfast. Big TV screen with the F1 races. Very polite staff.

The shower was modern but quite small
Great location for the Ferrari museum and factory etc. room was large, over 2 floors.

Breakfast is quite basic. You can upgrade it, but you have to pay. Pillows were very thin, and no other pillows were available in the room.
Location. If you want to be in a place close to the new Ferrari museum, this is the place. Private parking. And you get discounts to have dinner in their restaurant in the city center.

Great Location if checking out the Ferrari museum and factory. friendly staff. Breakfast a bonus with barista coffees. Beautiful view of the factory and rolling green hills in the background of the junior suite with large balcony to enjoy the view. Close to many restaurants. We had the junior suite and a double room to accomodate the 5 of us.

Located in the heart of the Ferrari factories. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Helpful staff and great breakfast. Highly recommended

The breakfast was pretty basic, but there is the option to eat at three different locations in town. Furniture is a little old but okay.
The location was great, right between the Ferrari factory and Scuderia Ferrari and walking distance to the Ferrari Museum. Our 4 bedroom suite had a nice balcony and sitting area with a nice view. The hotel also provided free parking.

Breakfast could be more diverse. I missed normal bread. Mostly there were croissants and donuts and already made sandwiches. Tee and coffee are served.
The locations is great, just a short walk from the Ferrari museum. Parking is available in the garage or in front of the car.

The beds upstairs in family suite were too small.
Breakfast was very good, the selection was great. The location was the best for test driving Ferrari and visiting museum and factory.

The breakfast was very basic selection of hot food poor. Bed was very hard not comfortable. The pillows were very low and hard, soft higher pillows would have been better to wake refreshed.

More pressure in the shower.
The reception staff were very welcoming and spoke good english. I arrived early for my check in; and they gladly put my luggage into storage while I could wander the town. The room was big and had enough storage in the cupboards for my suitcases and clothes. The large windows allowed views on the Ferrari factory and could be opened to hear the sounds from the car engines. The aircon was great and kept the room cool during the Italian Summer days. The bathroom was clean and they provided soap; shampoo and a comb. There is a small bar fridge in the room to keep your refreshments cool. The rain shower was great. The location is a few minutes walk to Musea Ferrari Maranello; and opposite Ristorante Cavallino. It is a couple minutes walk from Fiorano test track. If you arrive by bus from Modena; there is the Maranello Terminal; which is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good; they had cereal; juices; many pastries and coffee. All in all; a great place to stay for a solo traveller and Ferrari enthusiast.

If you are a Ferrari fan it cant be better. Location to the factory, Cavalino and Montana are un matched.

The room for 4 located on the upper floor. It's more for 3, considering that it has only one small bathroom. Also it was too hot there. Breakfast not to expect much... just the minimum necessary to start the day.
Location - very close to the museum. Friendly staff. We were able to change rooms as in the first one the air-conditioning did not work.
