The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was also very old-world in a beautiful and good way. Makes you feel like royalty. The location is also very beautiful, very close to St Peter's Basilica

I have no complaints or negative feedback. Everything was amazing! The location is incredibly close to St Peter's Square which was wonderful.

I arrived early morning, earlier than anticipated after two massive long haul flights. Golnar came to meet me at the property, welcomed me, looked after my bags and arranged an earlier check in which was so lovely. She remained on hand and available for any queries throughout my stay. Location is spot on as it's only a few steps from Vatican or a metro station but also not too far from other major attractions and still within walking distance. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area as well. Host was fantastic, always helpful. We like antique style with charm kind of hotels so glad we went for this one. Had a larger room so plenty of space, windows are well sound proofed which was a major plus as rooms are located near a busy road.

Spent most of our time at Vatican City and the convenience of this hotel allowed us to view the Vatican during the day and at night. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Also it was easy to communicate with our host if we needed anything or had any questions.

Really great location on a buzzing square with lots of restaurants, cafe and bars. Close enough to Rome centre for all the other sights. The rooms are great and the shower powerful, what more can one need

Our room was on the side facing the street, so there was some noise from the traffic. However, we slept with our window open, so probably it would not have been that noisy if we closed it.

Everything was great! Self check-in was very easy - Miss Golnar explained everything perfectly. The room was comfortable and clean, with air conditioning. There are several cafeterias near the property, where you can have breakfast or lunch/dinner. It's very close to the Vatican, a walking distance from St Peter's Basilica. The other attractions (Fontana di Trevi etc) are a bit farther, but not too far. The bus stop is just in front of the property, and the metro is also very close (although we didn't use it). There is also a taxi stop nearby. We were happy with our stay. I think it's a great value for money. I'm also very happy with the smooth communication with the staff (Miss Golnar always answered our questions quickly and politely, which was much appreciated).

The location is amazing. Just a few mins walk from The Vatican, and well connected by public transport to other attractions. The room itself was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The instructions for self-check in were very clear. Overall, it was a great value for money.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would like. Breakfast is not really included, you have to buy it from one of the numerous cafes on the street.

Beautiful rooms at a value price next to the Vatican City. We were visiting for a family wedding and had a convenient stay for a hard-to-beat price. The rooms are gorgeous and clean. The bed was too firm for me, but other than that I felt like the room was a great stay and we were happy there.
