Our room was on the street side so it was a bit noisy. Lots of loud parties at night.

It was a very central location.

No lift for the suitcase which wasn’t an issue for us but something to consider in case you would need extra assistance.

Shower in the triple room was excellent. No breakfast included but small cakes put out every morning. Housekeeping was excellent, clean room every day and fresh towels etc put out every day whilst we were out which was nice to come back to. Location was fantastic and 5 mins from Trevi Fountain and 10 mins from Colosseum.

5/5 recommend if you're coming for a week stay by yourself for business or pleasure. Bar in lobby was a big plus too! And they called a Taxi for me to get to and from the Airport

The room was a bit cold, could not work out how to use the Aircon to heat. We kept forgetting to ask for help though which is on us!

The complimentary breakfast was lovely. Room had everything we needed. Location was perfect to reach everything in under an hour. Staff were very helpful. Room and foyer were very luxurious for the price. Only wish it was warmer weather so we could use the terrace! Also ample storage space so we didn't have open suitcases everywhere, it was all tidy.

The only thing we didn't like was that the receptionist asked us to complete a form with all the details of one of our credit cards. We did as he requested but still we don't consider this practice proper.

We booked a double room with a balcony and even though it faces a busy street, the room was soundproof and quiet.

The outside light in the terrace didn't work, I reported it on the first day, but nothing was done, I was told it should work on a timer but it never did, no big deal, didn't negatively affect our stay, but would've been nice, I reported it again on check out just for future guests in case they are unhappy about it

Shower was abit small as most things in Europe are shower flooded bathroom floor a little This was okay as we got fresh towels each day.

Property was close to all attractions within walking distance, Danniella the receptionist lady was exceptional. Gave all the info on rome and best ways to access each thing. Helped carry bags and overall was very helpful. Small complimentary cakes and biscuits at venue for breakfast too.

Staff was phenomenal and was able to get us checked in earlier to our room. Plus they provided us with a suite since it was our honeymoon. The room was spectacular, and the location was amazing.

Being in a remote location meant that when we couldn’t get the coffee maker or the shower wand working there was no one to ask without walking a block and a half.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they ordered a cab for a returned at the airport, which came exactly on time – really appreciated that!

Beds were a little firmer than I like, but not uncomfortable. The rooms are one flight up with no elevator, so that needs to be considered if you have anyone in your party who would have difficulty with stairs.

Great location - about a 10min walk to both Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The staff was very helpful and happily called taxis for us when we needed them. Light breakfast available each day. Rooms were very clean and well kept.

Check-in was up a couple flights of stairs, so not ideal but not terrible.

We left a ring behind and the maid found it and turned it in to the front desk. The front desk emailed and messaged me and we were able to get it back which was fabulous because it was of great sentimental value. The maid and front desk staff dealt with our emergency beautifully and we are indebted to them. What great people!

Was not an an issue for us however visitors should note that the rooms are in a 200 year old building and accessible only by two flights stairs so not suitable for people with mobility issues.

We were greeted by Daniella at reception who was lovely and provided some great advice and tips for us to make the most of our time in Rome. The location is excellent, pretty much everything is within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, it met all of our expectations.

I liked the host at the front desk he was very helpful and pleasant! It was a nice touch to have the breakfast items available at 730 am.

The property has a great location and the Daniela was amazing. Her warm welcome and insightful guidance to the shops nearby and restaurant suggestions were great! It’s about a 10-12 min walk to the Trevi fountain. Also the AC was somewhat difficult to work, but we realized it finally cooled off/ turned on high in the middle of the night as if it’s in a timer. Other than that, the stay was great!

Best location to visit Rome. We returned after 4 years and it is still splendid. All you need in walking distance. Very helpful staff. Clean and spacious apartment.
