Wifi wasn't the strongest if you were using it for work but adequate for just scrolling.

The location for this place was perfect, you were immediately in the heart of a bunch of shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was about 45 minute walk to the train station or 30 min taxi ride. I loved that we were able to keep our bags there for as long as we needed before catching the train to our next destination. The staff was very nice, the bathroom was very clean and had daily housekeeping. The shutters were so dark in our room that I could have slept for days without knowing it. The rooftop balcony was gorgeous and had a great view of the city, definitely my favorite part.

The bathroom had a humid smell to it, but it's something I noticed most accomodations in the city center have, so it'd definitely not the relais fault.

The room was fairly clean and organized, the staff very helpful and nice. The reception doesn't answer the phone after 5pm, but that is something you're told about right as you're checking in, so just make sure to get there a little earlier to see if you everything you need in the room☺️ We found it quite comfortable, and the staff kindly placed us in a room to accommodate our needs the best. The terrace view is great! Definitely great for a quick aperitivo at sunset. The location is definitely amazing, within walking distance from any central area, and if you need a taxi they're right around the corner. Overall, I do think you get your monies worth/pay exactly for what you receive.

Dorty in the room, every day staff collected garbage is ok, but folding wet feet towels is too much. Picture from reality too far. We even had an extremely small bathroom, there is no room to turn around in the shower. I stayed with my mum, it was uncomfortable to use the shower. Shower hose attached to the ceiling. In the picture my socks after walking in the room. Too dirty, electric sockets can lose any time the wall.

Location in a city, small street, not too noisy. Nice that in the room available kettle, cups, coffee and tea. A comfortable place to store clothes and bags.

There was an unfortunate odour coming from the bathroom. Also the floorboards were loose and we tripped over them several times.

The staff were friendly and the facility was in an excellent location. The rooftop terrace had a great view of Rome.

The floor was damaged. A bit old facilities. Also host asked us to walk to some other place to pay 10 euros for city tax fee. That was unconfinitent was we stayed only for 1 night and our day was already planned. Why can't they charge us for that on booking?

Couldn’t open the windows because I was facing another apartments with the outdoor fans- did not have any views but the noisy walls. The shower was not in the bathroom yet in the bedroom. Bathroom smelled a lot- maybe a plumbing problem.

I really liked the hostel, it was the best one in Rome according to it's price and location. My only bad opinion about the hostel is the shower was too small that you can barely move in it.

The room is (as usual for Rome) small. It isn't sound proof and you could hear both neighbors, the front door etc. Only window looked out on the elevator shaft - not a huge problem, but did not provide fresh air. No other real issues.

The roof top balcony is fabulous. There are great views of Rome and it is very nice to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel has a little fridge which was very handy. The directions were accurate,

The window is dark and to the technical yard. The window is darkened by the elevator. Musty smell in the room. The room is too small for three beds. Beds are uncomfortable: hard, stiff springs. We didn't sleep.

When I booked a two bedroom apartment, I expected them to be in the same apartment. Our rooms were on different floors. Our one bedroom had a common living room that was shared by everyone in the building to access a roof top patio. Just a little strange and out of our comfort zone. Rooms were nice but bathrooms were not overly clean.

There was a poor internet connection. The ceiling was dripping due to a heavy rain and the hygiene could have been better.

There was no access to the roof top where it was supposed to be a free access balcony. The room had limited light. The sofa needs to be changed, sleeping there was uncomfortable.

The location is perfect, near the great monuments. My kids were excited with the stairway inside the room that accessed the upper bed. The room is of good value for what it offers.

The reception is a 5 minute walk from rooms. There was a break in whilst we were staying there because the keys are left in a lock box. Our room was luckily not targeted but surrounding neighbours and another guest unfortunately weren’t as lucky.

Not guest house fault but Rome is loud at night maybe bringing ear plugs. Rooftop didn’t have the same furniture like in the pictures.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location. We had a room with the window to the street. Room was pretty big and bathroom was big with window. Room was clean and nice. We had tv and fridge and place to hang coats and put luggage. On our floor there was a kitchen shared with 2 other units and small living space.

Soap not filled up for 6 days Roof terraces in poor state, not looked after, furniture broken. Smell at reception. Blanket didn't smell clean.
