Nothing really negative. We did expect though spa to be included in the price since it is in the name of the hotel.

The room itself was clean, spacious and air-conditioned. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved having 2 pillows. We asked for a quiet room and the staff provided it - so they were very accommodating. They also helped us find a wine-tasting place. The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. If you come with a car, don't worry about the parking spot. We didn't use much pool but the view from there was really nice (looking at the Chianti hills) and you can hike from here. It takes 5min to get through the whole town from here.

The breakfast buffet was SO GOOD! Staff so lovely and friendly. The building was absolutely beautiful including unique artworks and furniture. Our room was super spacious. Both big bedroom and bathroom. Clean and with a gorgeous view. Pool fantastic with amazing view. We were in the middle of the town center and would absolutely stay here again.

Not sure but carpets with stains simple elevator not quality shampoo for a hotel a bit on the upper end of the price. I thought it would be a bit better maintained with higher end quality.

Beautiful, characterful and very comfortable room with an exceptional view. The breakfasts were the best we have had in Italy and we enjoyed watching the sun go down over the hills and vineyards as we ate our evening meal. The staff were, without exception, friendly, helpful, professional and energetic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

The pool was very cold and dirty -lots of insects, flys, bees etc inside the water.

Decor in rooms is older, which considering price, could do with an update but otherwise, it was perfect.

Restaurant evening staff could be a bit more warm and inviting. Pool bar in evening only services one type of red wine and plays awful music, hence I went out for a glass of wine in evening.

When you entered the hotel, the main lounges were dark and not inviting compared to the rest of the hotel.

We had a gorgeous large 2-bedroom with incredibly beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We stayed in the building across the street from the main hotel. Hotel was elegant and well tended to. We enjoyed the beautiful pool with loungers and the amazing breakfast on the terrace overlooking the countryside. The staff were very friendly! The village of Radda is very quaint and just what we wanted for a holiday.

The hotel is situated by the main road so choose your room accordingly. The food served at breakfast and at the restaurant could be a bit more modern and water should be provided freely throughout the day.

The location is very stunning with views on the Chianti hillside by the pool and restaurant. Parking is provided free of charge and the hotel is conviently situated in Radda in the middle of Chianti. The beds were very comfortable and the room had the charme of the old time but with modern facilities. The pool side is very comfortable with chairs and umbrellas.
