No wine glasses in the apartment and we couldn’t get them even after requesting at the reception. The apartment was smelling something chemical when we arrived, and it took a day to ventilate the apartment in order to get rid of the smell. Check in is from 5 pm that is late in our opinion.

The water in the pool is cold. I. couldn't swim in the morning because it was too cold to get in (and we visited in August when the temperature outside was 32 degrees). The pool water became swimmable (although still on a cool side) only closer to 6 pm.

Very convenient location close to the main street, restaurants and a supermarket. Having a pool is a big plus. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.

We are not sure if this is normal but our apartment was never cleaned.We were left fresh sheets for the 2nd week on the kitchen table with a laundry bag which we left outside the door for collection.This may be normal procedure but this is the first time we have hired an apartment.We also felt that the kitchen could have had a few more essential cookware like baking trays to be able to use the oven…we bought some foil ones from the supermarket below but we think some would be useful for future rentals.

Really loved the pool area,the bbq area and the convenience of a short walk in to town.Also having the supermarket so close was so convenient.

Exceptionally clean, beach umbrella an unexpected bonus. Staff were extremely professional and well organised. Short drive to nearby beaches and short walk into town for lots of restaurants and bars. Right opposite a Co-op supermarket for easy stock up.

Loved the staff, the care, the amenities. We had a few rainy and windy days in May and we totally enjoyed the bbq area, the grocery stores nearby, the walks to Villasimius and the comfort of the flat with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with kitchen corner and 3 balconies to fully enjoy the outside too. We’ll definitely come back one day! Strongly recommended to families with kids.

The floor felt like it wasn’t washed. It wasn’t dirty on the first look however on barefoot you could feel (and see in your feet) the dust. Of course I realized this upon our arrival, before we went to the beach or bring any dust to the apartment. The shower is too tight. I’m tall and I could barely bend to wash my feet. Forget about showers with your partner 😂 definitely won’t fit.

we’ve booked an apart hotel. The areas are big, so you’ll have plenty of space for the luggage, to cook and to relax. Pool is great for most tiring days and the residence is located just above and next to two supermarkets.

AC is not clever installed (situated in the kitchen). It gets very cold near the children´s bed and nor cold in the sleeping-room of the parents Would be better, if there were 2 AC-devices in 2 rooms. Some small detail - ITALY, the country of the best wines in Europa.....but no wine-glasses in the kitchen. Here, the management saves money at the wrong place ! In general kitchen-equipment is bad (no enough pans, no sharp knives)

a really terrible fold-out couch in the living room; an extremely thin mattress, as a result of which the metal structure hurts the back and prevents rest and sleep - for a definite improvement; bed in the bedroom OK - large size and comfortable mattress. Bathroom - it's high time to renovate the shower tray !

great starting point for the trips to eastern and south-eastern areas of the island (bearing in mind the beaches - both commercial and those still relatively empty ..); approximately 1 hour by car to Cagliari old city and airport; location close to shopping facilities and with easy access to the city (a short walk is enough)

Our room overlooked a building site, men working from 8am , very noisy. The rooms are very basic, only dining chairs to sit on. Functional but not for relaxing.

The Wi-fi (which was free for only 3hrs per day) did not work in the rooms, and as a result found it a bit challenging to plan parts of our trip and conduct a work call. I understand that the residence is large and to equip all rooms with wifi would be costly but to know this beforehand would have been good. I think that it would have been helpful to also have towels included in the cost of the room or at least to have this mentioned at checkout.

RLF was perfect for what we required. Enough space for 2 with balcony, kitchen and storage space. Having a pool was a great bonus and we made the most of it for a morning swim to start the day off just right! Staff were very helpful and friendly, as were the staff in the cafe downstairs.

We had a very warm welcome. The apartment was well equipped. We could even borrow an umbrella for the beach. Very nice staff and a pleasant stay.

We stayed there for few days with kids. Location is great, walking distance to man street, and at the same time easy to get on the roads to different beaches. Facilities were great, apartment was very clean - we didn’t use swimming pool, but it looked very clean and well organised with lifeguard. Free use of washing machine was very useful after beach. We didn’t cook, but if wanted - it had all necessary supply. Kids loved croissants in bar downstairs for breakfast. There is also supermarket below residence that was very handy. And of course very friendly and helpful stuff! They lent us sun umbrella to use on the beach.

For the first time in my life, I listened from receptionist to tell my PLEASE TAKE OUT ALL BIN I was with 4 kids ,and of corse is not easy .At the time when we were swimming pool ,from reception men tell us to be quiet 🤫 becouse people sleep ( not all clients is from Italy siesta) Family with kids, please IGNORE this place. They had a very old and dirty pillow. I was very angry 😠 😡. Never again to this property ..

the boys club, rude middle aged man who works behind front counter, no working internet in the room, being made to feel uncomfortable every time we entered the premises if our children were to make any noise
