If we were being picky Only 3 pillows provided why not four? bed a little hard for our liking. But that was it!

We were very pleased with the recommendations for places to eat - all were excellent and slightly off beat. We would have been lucky to come across them without your recs! Had it been sunny we would have enjoyed the terrace a lot.

The single extra bed was not comfortable. The radiator was cold at midnight.

It is very close to the center. So clean and safe. Every detail has been considered in the flat for the guests.The terrace is very nice. Martina who welcome us at the reception, so kind and helpful. Thanks for her helpful.

centrally located and easy to navigate around Bologna. kitchen was good with easy cooking and lovely balcony. bathroom clean and enough room. it was easy to get in touch with the management who were very helpful.

There was a very strong perfume stick in the hallway and a ”wunderbaum” in the elevator that smelled awful.

Very good location and very friendly staff. You can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is a basic one regarding the interior, but it was spacious and clean. We stayed at the street side and sometimes you could hear loud people on the street, but that was not too much. Thank you for the staff also for booking a taxi for us.

Communication with Residence Studio Vita was excellent. I asked a lot of questions about the apartment, restaurants, taxis, etc. and they were very responsive. We had a group of 10 (with 5 kids) and were able to get 2 large apartments across from each other, which was super convenient. The apartments were spacious and clean with a washing machine. The central location was great and we could walk every easily to main attractions and restaurants.

The the apartment could have been a little cleaner. Also, there was not enough heating in the apartment and there was no provision for the visitors. for example, there could be water or something simple for the welcome.

We loved the location . And the apartment was big and we felt very comfortable .There was a beautiful terrace . Also the receptionist helped us a lot with everything.

Check in was easy with clear instructions sent via email or through the booking.com app. Very clean studio apartment and spacious enough for a couple (consisting of a large open plan bedroom/kitchen/sitting area and separate shower room). Bed is huge and comfy and plenty of storage space for clothes and a corner to store suitcases. The kitchen meant we could prepare breakfast and dinner. Access to the terrace was lovely. Location was great - it’s in a street with a few independent cafes, bars and shops nearby but no noise at night. Within a few minutes you’re in the centre of the city.

The kitchen equipment is basic. No espresso machine, you have to use the mokka.

We missed the part where you had to go to the office at different place down the street at #8 but that was our own fault. Maybe someone else will learn from our mistake :-)

Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, great service from the staff, great location, and beautiful shared terrace. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for 2 couples to share. Kitchen was well equipped.

I failed to read that we had to go to a different office to check in (#8,) so we made a unnecessary trip back and forth several blocks to pick up the keys. This was our fault though for not reading the messages that had been sent before we arrived. (Take note!)

The check in process was very nice (once we found the right place) The communication was excellent throughout and they allowed us to store out bags in the office since we arrived around noon. We loved our studio room, it had a lot of light and windows and a cute well stocked kitchen. The terrace was my favorite part and we met several really nice groups of people who shared it with us. It was a friendly place to hang out with a great view. The room was clean and very comfortable for us. The location was great as well, so close to get anywhere in the old town. The furthest that we walked was about 30 minutes for one restaurant on the other side of town.
