We didn’t see in the description of this rent the restrictions for the checkin, you need to be aware: check in is from 15 to 19:00, after 19h they charge you 12€ per hour for checkin late. The luggage storage is 5€ per accommodation at the reception where is at 5-10min away of the apartment ( close to the arena) . Even if the apartment was new, modern, clean they have to write all this things in the description. We were surprised to find out those conditions after booking. The apartment deserves a 10 but the hidden conditions deserve less.

The cleanliness, the proximity with the casa de guiletta ( you can see the entrance from the balcony), free tea and coffee for the breakfast, and the reception.

The location was fantastic! The bus from the train to Via Cappello was number 121, which was good to know and meant I only had to walk 5 minutes from the bus stop to the apartment. The apartment is close to everything, which was extremely handy!

it's the wine tasting festival between 13-15th October 2023. It's very noisy on the night we arrived (the 14th), people talked very loud, kept drinking, it's 2am.

Everything is very near to the apartment so you can approach all the attractions without a bus or train. It was also easy to store the luggage and the apartment was clean and very nice. In addition to that the check-in is very easy and everybody was kind.

A little bit expensive, but mostly ok. The host doesn’t come to check-in you. All communication by phone, not messenger. Be ready if you are foreign traveler, it can be call in roaming.

Checkout could be a bit later. Now 10AM, our opera venue was till 2AM (due to rain).

It is in the heart of Verona, just across Juliet's House. There is no personal service, someone opens the door remotely when you call. This works fine. When you walk up the stairs, you don't expect the big and modern room. Nicely decorated with an eye for style and history. You'll find a clean room, with an ironing board for your night out at the opera, a small fridge and a good shower.

It was one of the more expensive places in Verona and was a 30 minute walk from the train station, but it was very easy to get to. Check-in was different to most places. Once we arrived at the property, we had to call the property owner who let us into the building through the phone. Be aware that this may cost you if calling abroad.

This property was in a perfect location. It was on a pedestrian path, two minutes away from Juliette’s House, surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Could not ask for a better location. Although it was in the centre of town, it was very safe and secure. Keys were provided for both front door and room after check-in. The room was air conditioned, clean and full of facilities, with clean towels and toiletries. Even though the road it was located on was busy, the apartment was very quiet and closed off from the street. Would recommend to solo travellers and couples.

Nothing we didn’t like, just a note that the corridor lights would not work for us so at night when we were returning we had to use our phone torch as it was pitch black.

Amazing location in the centre of Verona. Very spacious room with a comfy bed and two pillows 😊! They were accommodating when we requested to leave our luggage before our room was ready for us.
