How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A good breakfast is available on request. Comfy location next to the train station, easy access to Termini airport. The nearest supermarket is open until late. There are good pizzerias nearby!

There was none that we didn’t like!
Loved everything about this apartment! Such a cozy place with very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to Vatican, just a few minutes walk only.

Great location. 7-8 min walk to St. Peter’s Basilica. Near Trastevere district. The property is in a very quiet region. During our stay we had everything we needed - rich breakfast, quiet, everyday cleaned room, very helpful and smile host.

Hosts were amazingly kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. They offered us coffee and wine upon our arrival, very nice of them. Facilities are near the Vatican city and very well connected to all the sites you would wanna see in Rome.

We were at the beginning of March when the weather was still cold and this meant it was quite cold in our room too.
Very good location, it´s close to St. Peter's Basilica and there is a church right in the next street (if you wish to attend a holy mass on Sunday), just a 5-minute walk to bus stops (a train station is just a few steps from the property, but we had no need to use a train), a supermarket is located right in the next building, plus you can find delicious Italian food nearby.

B&B is near to San Pietro Station(1 Minute), near to Vatican( around 8-10 Minutes). Room/Bath were clean and the beds have been excelent. The Staff was very friendly. It was our 3rd Stay at this B&B and we can recommend it.

Our room was on the ground floor so it was a bit noisy in the morning when the owners were preparing the breakfast or chatting with the other guests.
The owners were friendly, they offered us bicycles for free to go about the city which was great. The room was perfect for a few days stay.

The personnel were great - amazing, friendly, hospitable people. "Breakfast to bed" was a very cute idea + they were tasty. The accomodation is at a great spot, right under Vatican, quite close to the centre of Rome as well. The room was bigger, than we expected and the mattress was comfortable, which is a rare thing for us while travelling. Thank you so much guys- for a pleasant stay!

For a light sleeper some distant noise from the street can be an issue. Though easily solved with earplugs. Took us quite some time to reach Flixbus bus stop to FCO airport, but totally manageable.
It was a very clean room, with friendly staff. We would get our selected breakfast to our room on time. Good location.

The place is a bit far from downtowon but if your plan is just to visit the vatican you are in the right place

Really good location. A bus stop and train station are nearby. Grocery store 20 meters away. The room was big enough and clean. After a long day of walking, it was nice to sit and discuss what we had seen in the evening on the small terrace. The hosts were responsive and always helped with advice and deeds.
