The hotel entrance is located at the top of a few steps/stairs so just be mindful if you have any physical restrictions. Once you get up the stairs all rooms are on the same floor, which is great. But that is very much the vibe and type of structure you should prepare for if going to the Amalfi Coast in general. You will definitely climb some steps :) So, not an issue, just keep it in mind.

The staff and communication were impeccable! They were really quick to respond, helped us with parking options and information about how to get around, extended our stay easily. The room was lovely, super clean and comfortable. We loved it! Would definitely stay there again.

A Wonderful experience. The first thing to note is that this is the perfect location to stay in. Central to everything in Amalfi and easy to find when you arrive to the main piazza. Travellers to Amalfi need to consider how far their accommodation is from the main Piazza and remember that it's an uphill climb with lots of steps. I can assure you that this is not the case - Residenza Pansa is up two flights of stairs and easy to navigate with luggage. Check in was super easy, our host was welcoming and super informative with recommendations on places to visit. Our room was clean, bright and so comfortable. Our private patio seating area was perfect for soaking up the sunshine in the morning before adventuring out to explore Amalfi.

The room was light and spacious with an outside terrace . It was good to have views of the sea. Communication was strong and staff were helpful and thoughtful. It is an excellent location in the centre of Amalfi close to both the cathedral and the harbour. Comfortable bed . Very well cleaned and maintained every day.

The location is perfect right in the center but hidden away in an alley up steps so even tho you're in the centre, you're away from the hustle and bustle. The girl at the reception was exceptional, nothing was an issue. Brilliant all round.

The place was clean and well-decorated. Charming. A lovely sea view from a terrace that had a table, chairs and two sunbeds. It is just up some stairs from a square full of great restaurants - you can't hear the crowds though. The receptionists were extremely charming and very helpful with excellent English. The room was cleaned and tidied very well every day. I couldn't fault the place. Highly recommend.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room, and bathroom, were a good size, and it was worth upgrading to the superior room for the nice size terrace. We used Amalfi as our home base for a 1 week portion of a 15 day trip, and this town, and in particular this B&B, we’re ideal.

What a beautiful B&B! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Staff where so friendly and helpful on the front desk. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the view was perfect from our balcony. Air conditioning worked and our room was cleaned daily. I was here celebrating my birthday and was very kindly given a drink / discount voucher for the restaurant in the square - would highly recommend visiting there too as it was one of our best meals! (Bistrot F.lli Pansa). Thank you for a great stay :)

The room was beautiful - a great size, with a lovely patio with table and chairs and two sun loungers with a sea view. Very good bathroom, and everything super clean. The location is great, right in the centre of Amalfi and within walking distance to all the main restaurants and bars and of course the coast. Perhaps the best thing though was the staff - fantastic service, super friendly and helpful and great communication on how/where to park and access the B&B. Suzy and Noemie were both wonderful. We left our jackets in the wardrobe when we checked out and they contacted us immediately and came down to the seafront to bring them to us - so kind! They also gave us great tips on walks to do and how to spend our time. Highly recommend this place!!

The room was quite small and there was a hornet’s nest near our balcony so we couldn’t spend as much time there as we enjoyed. The property is quite tired and could do with some modernisation, but the price is very good for the location and it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.

Susy the receptionist was amazing and so helpful. The location was excellent in the heart of Amalfi with a wonderful view from the balcony. We had a lovely time exploring.

Our room was right off Reception and the front door to the property, so if you are a light sleeper it’s best to request a room further from reception.

The location was absolutely perfect and just a short walk to the main square, bus terminal and the port. The room felt spacious and we loved the generous terrace. Both receptionists were incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. One of them went to a great deal of effort to help us find a car service and called around on our behalf.
