It is bit far from the town center and the location is not too attractive, it is just ordinary street in one of the town's neighborhood. For breakfast I had only seen a sweet option and I have not seen any salty option, which I would have preferred- I think it is probably not being offered, however, cakes are good and tasty, coffee rather average.

The hotel is located about 20-25 minutes walking distance from the train station Olbia ,it is not really close to the town center, but still OK. Directly in front of the hotel there is a petrol station and in the residential area around, there are few restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are fine, clean, bathroom as well. The hotel is not a romantic hotel that would create memories, but rather for a shorter sleepover, because from your window you either see a petrol station or just the ordinary noisy street. Stuff at the reception are nice.

The only one thing I dislike is a petrol station which was opposite my window. Room was smelled with gasoline during one day if to open window.

First what I liked its how they welcome guests there. It was a real pleasure, in a very few hotels welcome guests in this way, its very rare nowadays. Double bed was big enough, but mattress, unfortunately, was not soft enough, but still not bad at all. Shower was great, with big pressure, exactly what was needed. Room was clean and all areas was very clean, housekeepers work excellent and have a sharp eyes. WIFI connection all the time was great. For breakfast they serve omelette (without fresh tomato haha) and any coffee of your choice. Also you can choose some cakes there which seems handmade there. Overall very good hotel.

The staff was extremly helpful and friendly, even when we did not have the common language. I stayed here twice in a week, for the second time I got a really spacious room on the ground floor. The breakfast is perfect for those who like sweet pastry/corn flakes. The bus stop to the airport is 2 min walk by the entrance of the hotel.

Everything was perfect, clean spacious room, nice people, tasty breakfast. They can prepare an omelette too, what is not a matter of course in Sardinia. Hotel is in a walking distance to the city center and has planty of parking places.

Was perfect for what I needed given my late flight into Olbia. But just advising - to aid those that this would bother - that the room smelt slightly of stale smoke and there was no soundproofing.

Exceptionally lovely and kind staff! Comfortable bed, complimentary water provided (and kept cold in a mini-fridge), good shower, plenty of towels, bedside reading light, 24 hour check-in, was able to store luggage after check-out.

Better kitchen and cooking options would improve one’s stay

Only negative was minimal kitchenette amenity and an extra fee if guests want to cook. Lovely blue & white decor, airy spaces and interesting art work on walls
