The hospitality of Francesco and his parents was exceptional. The breakfasts were all varied and featured local Puglian cuisine. We felt really welcomed into their home and Monopoli.

Flat is in very quiet location of Monopoli, about 20 minutes walk to the historical center. Very convenient for visitors with cars, there is always some place for parking. I must appreciate excellent service from hosts. Breakfasts were always delicious. I would recommend to everyone stay for a few days here.

Lovely owners! The pastries cooked by the owner were amazing for breakfast! Super location next to centre and free public parking! I highly recommend this place and we had an amazing stay!

Everything was great! The host is really friendly and helpful, the whole family is super welcoming and genuine. The homemade sweets in the morning were 10/10 really tasty, if you need something they are always around to help you. Our room was really nice, super comfy bed, nice large terrace, nice bathroom overall everything was perfect with our stay. Recommended 100%!

Nothing, it was perfect

Excellent place to stay with lovely owners who were very helpful and friendly, they could not do more to make our stay more enjoyable! We had the best nights sleep in that bed, so comfy. The location is pretty good too, took us about 15/20 minutes to walk to Monopoli old town. Also if you're travelling with a car, parking near the property is free and we never had a problem finding a space.

This is a bed and breakfast. We don’t usually stay at b&bs but we are so glad we stayed here. It’s the perfect place to stay in Monopoli. It’s in an apartment building that is easy walking distance to the old town center and the beach. The room is very clean and comfortable with a private bath. It was easy parking. There are 2 free parking lots across the street. The location also makes it easy to get to the highway to visit all the interesting places like Alberbello, Matera, Lecce, Bari etc. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip. Mariana makes breakfast every morning and it was perfect. Mariana, Ignazio, and Francesco are so nice and helpful. They speak English very well. To my American friends, don’t miss Monopoli. It’s on the Adriatic coast without the crowds but it’s becoming more popular so go soon before it gets crowded. Southern Italy is beautiful with the orange, lemon, and olive groves. The weather was perfect in May. The people are the friendliest people we have ever met. Thank you Mariana, Ignazio, and Francesco for making our stay in Monopoli so wonderful.

This was our favorite stay on our trip! Francesco and his parents are wonderful people and take great care of their guests. They take great pride in their B&B and prepare a super breakfast for you, which include local specialties and home baked treats. We really looked forward to seeing them every morning!

An absolutely perfect stay! The family runs the business on a highly professional level, but most importantly with their heart. The room is super clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and fully equipped. All that is topped up by a fabulous home prepared breakfast served with great care. Best choice if you wish to visit Monopoli and its surroundings.

Nothing :-) Just a warning for other travellers: there is no shop or cafe in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, the accommodation is in an apartment complex.

I very much appreciate the friendliness and hospitality of the host. He was very helpful with advice (he spoke good English), offered us a different and always rich breakfast every day to get to know the variety of Italian cuisine (including homemade desserts). The accommodation is easily accessible, in a quiet location, with parking, relatively close to the centre, clean, well equipped.

Noise travels quite a bit through the apartment so it could be noisy at times.

Amazing breakfast- the best we had in Italy! A selection of sweet and savoury and home made cakes. The family are so welcoming and friendly. They offered lots of tips that helped make a really enjoyable trip. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was a little small

The room is in an apartment building, Francesco and Ilana are very welcoming and answered all our needs. The room is cozy and warm with a covered balcony, a refrigerator and a place to make coffee. The breakfast is very varied and consists of local ingredients from the Apulia region - every day we were served different foods at breakfast. Street parking is free. 10 minutes walk from the old city.

Everything was excellent! The room comfortable enough for two, very clean and with all the facilities you may need (towels, soap, hairdryer, bottle opener etc). Very comfortable balcony to seat in the evening. The host was very kind and helpful. And the breakfast... absolutely exceptional! I've been dreaming about it since I got back home ! The distance from the city center/old town was about 10-15 min walk but we appreciated the quiet neighborhood.

There were no complaints about the property. Only small issue was the walk into Monopoli old town was a tad arduous.

Breakfasts were lovely, sourcing local food, always well explained to us by our hosts. We were fortunate to have a room with a deep balcony with plenty of seating. Room & en-suite comfortable..Monopoli was lovely & a good place to stay.
