The location is a bit far from the center and I did not have transportation and in this heat it was almost unbearable. There was no where near to get a snack after 7:00 pm.

The staff is very accommodating and nice.

Nowhere to sit in the evening. Pool area closes at 7pm and the lounge bar not open.

The position of this hotel is beautiful. Lovely pool and access to the sea. Staff charming and helpful.

The Hotel operation : Run by three very nice elderly gentlemen from 1950. even though their hotel is fantastically well situated But the entire operation is charming but not too profesionnal

The choices of food are quite limited and you have to be early for breakfast.

the hotel is in a quite isolated area (about 5 min car / 15 min walk to Ospedaletti ) and 10 min car to Sanremo ) , it makes easier moving by car - no shops close to the hotel

fantastic panoramic position (just over the rocks , directly above the sea) - easygoing and co-operative and kind staff - good swimming pool outdoor , just over the sea

There is room for improvement concerning the breakfast in terms of selection. The bathroom in our room was very small.

We really loved the location and the direct access to the sea. Very comfortable platform and the seaside facilities including the swimming pool. Staff was vary friendly and kind.

1) Breakfast place can be changed. It is so tight and narrow. Content can be improved.

That the indoor pool wasn't operational. Would be nice if it was open year-round.

They say that “children of any ages are welcomed” but didn’t agree to put a baby cod in our room. Children under age of 3 are not allowed to the pool (apparently they have never heard about swim diapers and are afraid that the baby will have an incident in the water). Also, the “private beach” is basically a rock, so not great for children either. Hotel calls for renovation.

The location is amazing, right by the sea. You can hear the waves even when the windows are closed. The breakfast was fine. The staff was really nice

I can imagine this hotel was very nice in the 80s, and since then absolutely nothing has happened. the hotel is in desperate need of renovation, and when I say desperate, I really mean desperately in need. Definitely not worth the money, unfortunately. I never give bad reviews, but this was really below par, especially for the money you pay.

The single bed room is a shame for this price. It's just a narrow tube, the only nice thing is the window towards the sea on one end. Since I was a child I have never again slept in such a tiny bed! The bed as well as the whole room would be more suitable for a youth prison than a hotel of that category. The night receptionist was very unfriendly. First he scolded at me why I was arriving so late (4 am). Then, when I asked if I could have a room with a larger bed, he barked at me, literally "that's what you have booked, so that's what you get!", although they had rooms available (and I would have been willing to pay a difference, if necessary). The announced minibar/refrigerator was not there, only an empty shell. When referring to that, he only said, "well, that's what it is", and no way to compensate with another room instead. And this, although the existence of a refrigerator was a key criteria for my booking decision. So, overall, a beautiful location, but total lack of customer service. I will certainly not repeat.

The view from the room was amazing indeed, right above the beach, with fresh sea breeze entering. The location of the hotel is excellent, although a bit hard to find, as the indication on Google GPS is not accurate. The gentleman serving at the breakfast buffet was very friendly, though the breakfast as such was rather poor.

The location, away from the bustle of town. The sea breaking on the rocks beneath our window. Staff were exceptional, from reception to dining to cleaning staff - all smiling, helpful and friendly. Our room was fantastic, lots of space, comfortable bed, nice linens. The breakfast is AMAZING, a fabulous spread of sweet and savoury, including home made cakes. Great attention to detail and serving platters were replenished before they were even half empty. Good quality coffee machine. Fabulous 360 degree view of the sea. We will be back.

Need a bit renovation, especially in the bathroom. Adding boiled egg to the breakfast would be easy and good.

The view of the see from the room is stunning. It is so close that you can sleep with the sound of the sea.
