The staff was really helpful and nice! The location was good either. So close to Termini Station! Many shops and cafes are around the hotel.

The sound isolation was not very good, but it didn't bother us too much. We could hear noises from the hallway and through the window from the street.

The location is excellent; it's a 5-minute walk to Roma Termini (the main railway station), making it very easy to catch a metro or take a train/bus to the airport. The Colosseum is 20 minutes away on foot. The furniture is old, but the room is clean and cozy (a regular room). Breakfast was okay.

Pretty good stay no real complaints.

Location is near Termini and pretty basic neighborhood. Hotel was pretty basic, staff was really nice and accommodating. The Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Security was good and the room was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the main station Termini. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. The room size is enough for two people. Breakfast is prepared with sweet croissants and pastries, as Italians are accustomed to. But the coffees are very good. In summary, it is a clean and stayable hotel. If I come again, I can stay in the same hotel again.

The room was very small but given the age of the building and the hoteliers desire to not alter the original structure then you accepted things. I admit, it would be a little uncomfortable for a couple over any length of time but for the 3 nights we were there it was fine and offered exceptional value for money.

The welcome from staff, the cleaniliness of the rooms, the room cleaning service and breakfasts were exceptionally good and provided great value for money. The location was excellent. It was 2 min walk from the Citys 'Terminal' Bus and Rail station and then only a maximum of 30 min walk to the heart of the attractions of the City.

The elevator still feels like a death trap. It's my second stay here and they still use the same small elevator (they said they cannot renovate it because of a code regarding period buildings). But the more you use it the more you will get to trust it, just be sure to get over the shock the first time.

The hotel's location is very good; near the Termini train station and also the bus stop. The hotel is also surrounded by many good places to eat and places were tourists can buy souvenirs from. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The area was not the best

Location is close to the train station, we never felt nervous but the area is not the best. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and willing to help

Safe wouldn’t open If a previous person using the lift didn’t close the door properly then it wouldn’t work. We then had to climb 4 flights of stairs!

To me what matters is: is it run by decent, honest people. They’ll make sure the place is clean, they’ll find a way to help you when you’ve forgotten something important at home (which I did). And these people are lovely.

The bed was not comfortable for a big person as the mattress was very thin.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good. Short walk to both the train and metro stations. Air conditioner worked well.
