Our room was a bit small for a couple + a baby. And the price is a bit expensive. But definitely a hotel that is worth it!

The staff was really nice, Fernando gave us an amazing reception . we arrived with a baby girl and they helped us with everything we asked for. Excellent cleanliness. And great location.

-It was weird that the toilette and the bathroom were not adjacent: if you take a number two you have to go through the bedroom and touch multiple doorknobs before you can wash your hands… -Cleaning happened somewhat late in the day, around 3-4pm, which was uncomfortable because by then I was back at my room to take some break from roaming the city all day long…

-The location was outstanding -Rooms were modern and clean

Need to go down by stairs to reach the main elevator. We were with baby stroller so each time we need to lift our stroller manually to go up or down in the stairs. The shower and the toilet in the room are separated.

No air-con (turned off in winter) so the room was stuffy.

1. Location is around 15min walk. Guess alittle bit far if you carrying heavy luggage 2. Lobby to hotel lift required you to climb a short chairs. Which is very inconvenient for tourist who has heavy luggage. 3. The plug and all abit loose. Sometimes abit scared if you pull your socket too hard. You might spoil it? 4. House keeper just come in to the room to replenish the mini bar without informing us while we not in the room. (we even put do not disturb tag outside). they will be enter the room and we only realise the mini bar was replenish after we found out the room door is close(there is 1 main door & 1 room door) because we remembered the room door was not closed before we leave the hotel for our day.

There was a smell as you walked in the reception (garbage/damp). When leaving reception to go to the lounge area there was an electric fragrance release machine which was pleasant smelling - could do with one in the reception area as well.

We did not like that it was not possible to regulate the temperature in the room and we had to sleep with the window open and with the noise of the air conditioner motors

We loved the location and the reception staff who were especially charming Marina and Lorenzo who helped wholeheartedly

The hotel is in the Centre of Rome, not to far from points of interest, not far away from the train station. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is abundant.

Price was a little high for what we needed . . . I should have picked a hotel closer to the cruise port Not the hotels fault but mine

I had accidentally only selected one person staying even though elsewhere they knew with husband and so stated name Then was charged almost $50 more for 1 night. No exceptions. This made the cost of this stay way more than should be.

The only thing we can think of was that the sink was slow to drain.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed breakfast and the overall cleanliness. We appreciated having restaurants nearby and being within walking distance of many attractions.
