Awful service and lies about what is included!! The rooms were freezing, we contacted the staff because at booking it said they have heating and air conditioning but we were told they did not operare neither in this time of the year. The building is old and the windows are not sealed, so it gets freezing if the weather is bad. We were only offered and extra blanket that would be delivered on the next day, so we had to spend a night freezing. Also, one day our room was not cleaned, when we complained we were told we were inside the room which is not true as we left before 8:30.

Location is the only good thing about this place.

Mattress was split in two smaller ones so you could feel the separation as they were bent towards the center when laying.

The staff was really helpful as we had one hour and a half delay, waiting for us prior notice. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. Room is taken care of every day. Location is amazing, 6 min to Colosseum and no more than 25 to other main attractions. Room temperature was good as you could control the heating. I cannot comment about summer time.

The room was a mix of tired hostel and indifferent troubled lack of staff. I left a note on the staff's door for toilet paper and bodywash and we had to go to a store and buy it. The staff had a loud endless conversation with an arriving tenant at 11:30 at night which everyone heard through the thin doors. The next day the same couple came back drunk late at night and kept the noise up for hours. Great! In all a poor trade for 20 euros a night compared to real hotels a block away.

The location was amazing! Outside out room was a ”common kitchen” where we stored some drinks in the fridge. Room was clean and cleaned between our stay. Also very quiet room that I loved and needed. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. It was very simple but enough for our 4 night stay. The staff was very polite and helpful. Special thankyou to Luca!

One of the two beds was dreadful, the other extremely comfortable. The room was extremely small. The toilet was not clean when I arrived. Although the price was not low, the WiFi was not included.

Had to walk up and down three flights of steps to get into the place. Arriving had assistance to carry my suitcase up. Going down was left to my own devices. Had to carry a set of three keys all the time. Very basic accommodation. The overhead light had no shade and there was once a curtain over the window.. The shower was just able to fit me. At least there was wifi.

It is a 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station.

Very typical Italian room just a bed and a bathroom with a very small shower. Unfortunately the cleaners stole my wallet and the property didn't even acknowledge it or tried to help so stay away

Number 2 room was depressing. The "fridge" was a joke - it was a painted cupboard, which looked like a mini fridge. Why would you put something like this into the room? The shower was mouldy, the room was extreemly loud because of the electric generator, left on the street outside. The neighborhood is a real ghetto - dirty, loud and unsafe, which we did not know until some americans, who were comming to Rome frequently, warned us about. The area itself is good only if you want to visit Coloseum and nearby ruins. Other central attractions are half an hour - 40 minutes away by foot. Metro stop is close, but useless. It does not go to the city center at all.

The location was great - maybe 5-10 minutes to the Colosseum and even less to the Roman Forum. The entrance is a plain door on a busy street with a small sign near it, which is easy to miss if you aren't looking. We used Google Maps which told us we arrived and then looked around and found it. The room was clean and plain, no frills, but it worked. Check in was easy, and when our bag was delayed, the front desk made sure to get it once it arrived, and had it delivered to our room.
