The apartment was very nice and accommodated our family of 6 nicely. The location was close to everything. We had a rooftop terrace and the view of the river and Doumo was spectacular.

The location is slightly far from the shopping and restaurant areas. It is difficult to get transportation without booking in advance.

The size of the room is large enough for family. There are 3 beds.

Personally, I think they would do even better if they offered a breakfast as they have a lovely sitting area underneath the lobby. In addition, I think the charge of 60 Euro to change the towels and sheets (we didn't use it) and cleaning the room is very expensive.

The residence is lovely and a very short walk from all the main attractions. We had a room overlooking the river which was wonderful. We also loved the fact that they had a washing machine and dryer. The staff was very helpful with any of our needs although not having a person on Sundays could be a challenge for some visitors.

This is a note not a criticism as the place is great and highly recommended - there is a lift in the building but the penthouse apartment is accessible through a steep stone staircase that may be a problem for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. There is a fan on the roof that probably connects to another flat’s AC and is quite noisy when it is in operation. Luckily for us it was only 10 minutes but could be a problem in summer.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was very comfortable and can suit a group of up to six people. The property was easily accessible with entry codes - the remote check in was seamless and the staff proactive and courteous. The apartment has everything one needs for a short or even long stay. The decor is classic but the property is kept well and clean. The location is very convenient, approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the Uffizi. The real plus is the amazing view from the terrace, which we made extensive use of.

Could have done with a few more instructions re air con and TV. Never got air con to come on although it was not a big deal it could have been. I specifically asked if there were satellite channels but although Netflix was on the TV we couldn't access it so couldn't find much in English. I wasn't sure the reception was the person responsible to ask.

Good location. Nice sized rooms with everything you need. Comfortable bed. There are several restaurants nearby so don't need to go back to centre to eat out. Also supermarket within 10/12 minutes walk near the bridge .

Pillows were not very comfortable And could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat, but fortunately there was a fan. The space isn’t staffed in afternoon evening so if you run out of toilet paper or towels, you have to wait until the cleaning people are there in the morning and ask them for some

The location is excellent particularly if you wish to avoid the over touristed city center and you are right at the foot to begin the climb to Piazza Michelangelo And you can easily walk across the bridge to Santa Croce or stay on this side of the Arno and access Santa Spiritu area Plenty of room and quiet compared to city Center hotels

Accessibility, view, and cleanliness were all good. Because it rained, I couldn't go to Michelangelo Hill in the evening. So I enjoyed the night view from the rooftop.

Property is a great location but we needed to get to the train station early in the morning as it’s far from the property. Make sure you pre-book transportation if need to. It says 24 hours but we certainly did not get any response after hours.

Beautiful place, comfy beds. We were 3 adults in a room that can accommodate 4, however, it will be too small for 4 adults. Struggled with booking a taxi.

Housekeeping is not included. Which is fine but we didn't have enough toilet paper for 3 nights. We had to pay for an extra set of towels. The front desk is only staffed during the day and no one is there on Sunday. Another word of caution - we needed a taxi to get to the train station, which is a little distance. It was raining that morning and when there is rain taxis are difficult to come by.

The apartment we were in was huge. There was a living area with kitchenette, bathroom, and large bedroom. It is so nice when you have room for your stuff. The location was great. We were across the river from the madness, but close enough to walk to everything. The neighborhood had cafes and restaurants so we were able to eat nearby in less crowded areas. It was unseasonably cold. We asked about turning on the heat but still never figured it out. The heat was probably turned off for the time of year. The staff left us an extra blanket and space heater so we were fine.

I can't decide which one to start with, everything was perfect. The staff was very kind. The hotel's system is so professional that check-in was easy. The best part of the hotel is the view of Ponte Vecchio. Many people pay a lot of money to have dinner with a view of Ponte Vecchio. All you have to do is buy a good wine from the supermarket and drink it on your room's balcony.

Location is amazing, just a walking distance from the main attractions, especially important when you are a family with 2 teenagers, rooms are clean and nicely decorated, hotel team is very friendly and helpful. We needed assistance with seeing a doctor, getting a taxi and last but not least receiving a parcel. Thank you for walking a mile with a smile for us.
