Fantastic stay at the Residence! The location was peaceful and calm, a bit away from the city center but still convenient to get around with just a short walk to the Porta Romana Metro station. Nearby the Residence are a lot of local bars and restaurants, perfect for Aperitivo. The option to store luggage before and after check-in was incredibly convenient, and the friendly reception made the experience even better. The room matched the description perfectly—excellent value for the price.

They said there is an elevator, which is true, but the apartments are in some middle level. When you have stroller and suitcases and kids its not the best option

Bed wasn’t comfiest as it was a sofa bed. Wouldn’t of been great for more than one night.

The concept is really well thought of. You pay everything online. You become a code for the entry dor. Then you go to the apartment, and the keys are there, so you don't have to worry about which time you are gonna check in. Which I found really great

The residence was clean, very stations and utilities were available at all times. The sitting area in the back was a great place to relax. It was close to restaurants, stores and the metro.

I travelled in the summer and the mosquitoes are ravenous at this time of the year and the property didn't provide any insect repellent device. One detail about the overall cleaning is that I received new towels every 2-3 days but I didn't receive any more toilet paper, soap or shower/shampoo gel.

The property is near to the city center of Milano, about 3 stations away from the Duomo and from the principal attractions in the city. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean and equipped with basic cutlery and utensils if you need to cook. Other than that it is a basic apartment if you need a longer stay in Milano.

Bathroom was very nice, rooms were clean and comfy with good AC - had fridge space and other utilities - was like staying in an apartment. The lady on reception was very friendly and we had a nice chat about her time in the U.K., she even gave us a nice leaving gift! Would love to stay again.

Room was very clean and had everything needed. Plenty of room in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, very good location and very friendly and helpful staff. Very good public transport connections to the city. 7 minute walk to the nearest tram and metro stop
