I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my stay. The rooms were beautifully appointed, exuding a sense of tranquility and comfort. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the mountains outside my window was truly a treat for the senses. The peaceful ambiance of the surroundings added to the overall appeal of the hotel. There was a little problem with out shower that could not be fixed, so we received an upgrade to a better room. Hotel service at it's best.

Very friendly family run hotel, ideally suited right across Toblach's bus station where the busses start that can take you to all the hiking spots in the Pustertal. Get up, get breakfast, get on a bus and start hiking. And what a breakfast it was, probably the best hotel breakfast buffet we've had in a long while. A great selection of fresh, local products, both sweet and savory and a great coffee to top it all of. And if you go hiking, pay a little extra for a lunchbox to help you get through those beautiful mountains.

No air conditioner, fridge, nor coffee/tea facilities. During our stay, the nearby festival was extremely loud until 2 a.m., yet we had to keep the window open to cool the room. It was impossible to get any sleep.we asked to change the room to a quieter area but were told that room is for booking.com customers.

All perfect, just a very poor wi-fi connection. This may be small detail for someone, but if you plan trips in the evening, searching weather info etc., you may spend all your mobile data for that.

Nice hotel in the centre of Dobbiaco - everything is close. Bus station and shop just across the street. Perfect breakfast. Big wardrobe for all the things, comfortable bed, balcony, good bathroom.

It's in Dobbiaco, so there's 30+ minute drive to Tre Cime. But it's close to Lago di Braies. So its location is good for someone with rental car but not ones using public transportation.

Large room and closet. Quiet cute town. Good view from corridor. Helpful staff. Have elevator. Have underground parking lot (access via tapping room card at its door). The parking lot behind the hotel may be hard to access because the large garbage bin may block the way.

The room really needs to have a kettle etc so the guests can make their own beverage. Even 1 star Hotels in Australia have this. The pillows could also be better, one pillow was huge and hard the other little and hard.

It was a great room very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We especially loved the views of the mountains from the window seats. Great bathroom and shower too. The breakfast was also very good. There was a fantastic staff member Marianna who was extremely helpful and professional and a lovely young women.

I had not looked at the pictures of the ‘standard room’ separately so was not aware that the basic rooms have not been renovated yet. It makes a huuuuge difference if you are in an ‘old’ vs ‘new’ room. They were super nice and gave us an upgrade (we were very lucky!). A big thank you!

One prt of the hotel has been absolutely stunningly renovated. The rooms are amazing as are the bathrooms/toilets. The breakfast bar was very well stocked and you can order eggs which ever way you want. Staff was super friendly. We also booked the sauna ehich was very nice on a rainy day (small extra charge). They also make sandwiches for you to take along on a hiking trip (small charge).

We came to Dobbiaco for snowboarding at Tre Cime Dolomites. Hotel Simpaty is perfectly located - right next to the building there is bus station with direct bus to Moos, and if you want to go to Vershiaco or San Candido by train, you can take the bus to the train station or take a 10-minutes walk. The interior of Hotel Simpaty is so luxurious and beautiful! Breakfasts were tasty and kept us full till the lunch break at the slope. Hotel provides ski deposit and Holiday Pass for public transportation, they also provided us with every information about bus/train timetable, maps etc. Staff was really helpful and we had no problem with communication in english. Right next to the Hotel there is supermarket. Dobbiaco as a city is really peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed evening walks around the city. If you need a larger selection of restaurants and pubs, you can easily get to San Candido.
