The room was perfect for a family-of-four.The staff was supe nice, specially the waitresses and the waiter by the breakfast, specially one guy and one girl who were the best, they knew what kind of coffee I liked-but they didn’t had to know it. They were just really nice. The location was also perfect. The hotel stuff gave us free beds and umberlla on the beach, because we stayed longer, but I don t think it s fair to people who book their rooms here on booking, cos normally they don t get it. I think they should:) but everything else was perfect, and we ll be definietely back!

The lack of a mini fridge in a room and the fact that you have to pay for the sunbeds on the beach.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast is wonderfull. The beach is very near. Pool is included in the price. The lovely city of Chiogga is only about 2 km away and we highly recommend it!!!

It is really necessary to require swiming caps in outdoor leasure pools in 21st century? Honestly I haven't met with this requirement in outdoor pools all accross Europe but it seems to be regional thing as I saw people with caps also in other hotels pools in Sottomarina. Please upgrade your pools if filters can't take some hairs.

Hotel has perfect staff and we felt absolutely welcomed. Special thanks to our nice cleaning lady Christine :) In overall hotel is fine and I would give it 7/10 but it is 9/10 considering value.

This hotel got renovated quite well - from the outside. The rooms clearly show you the true age of the hotel. So do not expect a fancy modern bathing room.

The only thing i didn't like was the foam, it's was abit too hard.

The breakfast was so good......i love the fact that there were variety of food...... and the staffs are amazing,friendly and accommodating. I will definitely choose the hotel over and over again!

The room was quite small. The swimming pool was located too far from the hotel. There was a busy intersection in between. The swimming pool was closed in the middle of the day for several hours. and the swimming pool was closed at seven o'clock in the evening.

The hotel staff was really friendly. The hotel was overall clean and the breakfast was also good.

Our room was not on the streetside of the hotel, so it was more quite than the other side, but some renovation is needed in the future. There was no outside furniture at the balcony.

The breakfast was perfect, the beach was excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. We booked a comfort family room, it is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, The hotel was renoveted outside, there has a perfect outlook.

Nothing really major, but still: the rooms are a bit small for 4 people (bunk beds and king bed, but not enough space to move around, so we were a bit more tidy than usual ;)), at the pool it is mandatory to wear pool caps (not a problem, but we did not know, so we needed to buy them - at the pool the price is 3€, in the shop by hotel 1.5€), you need to pay for the beach (15€ for one umbrella and two sunbaths). The pool opens at 10, is closed during lunch time and closes at 7pm.

All you can read here is true: close to the beach, pool, great service, nice staff, small playroom, great breakfast, really plenty of choice, you get easily too full. ;). We walked a bit by the beach up and down, and this was the best location and good hotel. The pool is nice, some music background is there. It is a great choice for short holidays. And, the pica place on the other side of the hotel, Me Gusta, is the wow wow pica place! Highly recommended!

A bit loud because of the big street and construction of a new building close to the hotel, but only during the working hours.

Hospitality service was great. Always ready to help (good advises, discounts for restaurants, places to visit). Cleaning service in the same great level. From our room on 4th floor we were able to have a beautiful view to the see and the beach. Big bonus is a swimming pool (big enough and also equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers) We've got a lot of shops nearby (food and stuff for life), restaurants. As far as I know there are two parking places (underground and near the beach).
