I love this place! Raffaella went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was quiet and bright, perfect for a relaxing stay. The view from the balcony was wonderful, a true spectacle that left us breathless every morning. The hotel is centrally located, close to the heart of Sorrento but quiet enough to ensure the tranquility we needed. The room was impeccably clean and the comfortable bed allowed us to sleep wonderfully every night. The staff was always helpful and friendly, ready to meet our every need with a smile. Although breakfast was not provided, Raffaella recommended some local restaurants that turned out to be real culinary gems. Overall, our stay was perfect in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Sorrento. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in sorrento at Funzionista! It was such a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily, our hostess Raffaella was sooo generous with her time and service, she had the best recommendations! With the hotel being so central it was really easy to get around to the prime spots of Sorrento. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Location is very good. So many restaurants and stores very close. Port was close and train station 10-15 minute walk. The rooms are clean and fairly large. Shower pressure and temperature were good. Bathroom a bit tight and could use an additional shelf or 2 for toiletries. There is an elevator that fits 2 people. The young lady at the counter was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room faced a courtyard and was very quiet. Beds were firm and very comfortable. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Also had a kitchenette.

Rafaella was the BEST host I have ever had. She stayed in touch with me throughout my stay. She helped me arrange private transportation, gave me reliable banks in the area, helped with SITA bus information. She also gives a sheet of her favorite places in Sorrento, all of which are excellent. The Inn itself is in an excellent location, in the heart of the historical district. There is so much to do around in terms of shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. It is very close to the Marina Piccola which is where all the ferries depart from, as well as the train station. The rooms were spacious and clean. My room came with a mini fridge, mini stove, and some kitchen essentials. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. Everything was great. If you are looking for a convenient, reasonably priced, and clean accommodations, go with this place with your eyes closed. I would definitely stay here again.

Balcony only big enough for half a chair, had expected one big enough to sit on. Shower difficult to understand how to get hot, taps seemed backwards. Lift hilariously slow, but better than none.

Location could not be better, receptionist super helpful and friendly, nicely decorated, clean and spacious accommodation. Beds comfortable, slept well. Nice bathroom, good wardrobe space.

While located in the heart of the historic center, the inn is on a quiet street just steps from all the restaurants, shops, and sites. About a 10-minute walk from both the train station and ferry dock. Our room was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the room’s terrace. The bathroom was newer with plenty of hot water and pressure. But the best is Raffaella, who is so welcoming, friendly, and full of recommendations when asked! We highly recommend this inn and would stay here again!

One minor note - the pillows were rather flat and uncomfortable. But after all the walking and sightseeing we did, we could still sleep easily.

Raffaella made us feel at home immediately, bringing us to our beautiful room with a private terrace that even had a view of Mt Vesuvius. Having 2 rooms was perfect for privacy and gave us plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other (though we weren’t in the room much). The location is ideal! 10 minutes to the train, beach and ferry with shopping and amazing restaurants right outside the properties quaint courtyard. Highly recommend!

Hot water took very long to come.

Raffaella was absolutely the best and helped us with last minute travel cancelations. She also gave great advice on places to eat which we can attest we're really good and worth it. The location is absolutely perfect and central to everything in Sorrento.
