We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaApartment is much nicer, bigger and more modern than in the pictures. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is excellent. we got free parking in their underground garage not far from the hotel.

EstoniaGuy who worked at night didn't know what Caribe Bay was and walked off on his own talking loudly to himself, repeating "Wat da faak is a Caribe Bay". I don't know if he thought we couldn't hear him or this is normal expected behavior but I'd expect someone who works in Jesolo to know what da fak is Caribe Bay. When welcomed we were told about breakfast but it turned out one night stays don't get breakfast, so that was a weird experience.
Day staff was excellent and helpful. Having umbrella reserved at the beach is a cool surprise

AustriaI was bit surprised by the size of the rooms, because they looked a bit bigger on the pictures, but after a few minutes i realized, that you don’t need more. During the day you are on the beach and in the evening your strolling through the City, therefore the size of the rooms and bathrooms are sufficient.
Breakfast was great, lots of different things to choose from. Also the Hotel includes a parking garage nearby without additional fees. The beach was reachable within one minute and all in all the say was very pleasant.

RomaniaFirst of all the staff was very unfriendly, we were first time in this hotel ( and last) and by arrival we just got the key without any information where the parking place is , about the beach ( that you need an armband if you want to shower on the beach), we needed to figure it out by ourselves and ask after everything. At our questions they were answering very annoyed. The breakfast was very poor the worst what we ever had, and we have been traveling a lot. You can’t choose your table,in the restaurant, even when the terrace is empty you need to eat inside because your table is inside. And can happen that after two days your table is somewhere else, without any warning! Our last evening around 11:30 we had a fire alarm, we went down but you couldn’t see any staff, after the alarm was off (10 minutes) the staff came out from the office without any information! We asked what’s happening and the guy was just laughing but not answering! It’s a terrible ! I’m very sorry but I can’t recommend this hotel!!!

PolandNo frige in the room, uncomfortable beds and the thing that breakfast was tooooo early at mornings. Moreover, during the chekout at our last day, the stuff tried to deceive us and asked to pay more money for the bar that we actually spent. I asked to provide the billed and saw that they added more that we ordered. Be careful!
I really loved breakfast, the staff is really nice and the swimming pool on the roof was pretty good.
