Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe checked in late due to plane=train travel. Our shower wouldnt drain so the staff sent someone to look at it and confirmed the problem so they moved us to a better room down the hall the same night. The location by the train station was very helpful to us. It was a nice atmosphere.

United StatesWhen we checked in we were told breakfast began at 6:30 and there was a sign in the lobby advertising 6:30 am breakfast however, they didn't open until 7:00 am. The breakfast was okay.
We have stayed at the Starhotel Echo in Milano several times. It is nice to have a hotel that is clean, comfortable, and accessible to the station and car rental locations. The doorman was super helpful with our car and luggage.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It is a short taxi ride from attractions and right across the street from the train station so it was convenient when it was time for the next leg of my trip. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

A staff member said that the air con system isn't in use until May which was a shame as it did get very warm during the night (although we are from Scotland so might be slightly more sensitive to warmer temperatures than others! 😅)
The hotel was immaculate, staff were friendly, and the location was great for us - the main reason we choose the hotel was the close proximity to the train station for an early flight from Malpensa. You can literally see the hotel from the train station. Room was a good size, bed was super comfy. We were really pleased with the stay.

Location beside central train station was so convenient if travelling by trains. Buses/taxis/walk to main centres and train station is a stop for hop on hop of buses. Staff were great, anticipation with a smile. Breakfast was great, room and foyer, restaurant styling all up there for a moderate room price.

Great hotel, welcoming staff, room with a view, comfortable bed - just right, not too soft, not too hard. One of the best breakfasts you'll ever have in a hotel - it's all about everything tasting good, not just how much variety, although there were many choices, delicious. We had dinner in the hotel, as were exhausted one evening - it was really good, better than most others we had in Milan, so highly recommended.

Singapore2nd night the big bottle of body wash was empty. So staff brought us a small bottle. Next day the body wash was topped up but the cap was locked for some reason. Had to call for more. When staff came with small bottles again, he asked to check the body wash but husband was using the bathroom. Said he would come back in 10 min but he didn’t. We waited almost half hr for him.
Location. Stone’s throw to Central Station. Lovely large bathroom with the longest bathtub I’ve seen. Plenty of space to n put toiletries on the tub, sink top n below sink. Only thing the bathroom door couldn’t close properly
