One elevator for the whole hotel, which was slow.

Room was huge and the beds were massive. Great to have a balcony to look out over, especially for my little boy. Lots of space to get the suitcases ready for the airport.

Breakfast was very basic, not replenished and staff got annoyed when we asked him for something. No parking option near the hotel due to construction and their parking is only for tony cars and very pricey.

Due to the construction work in the area around the hotel, there is no public transport. The closest bus stops are closed. The only way to fo to the center of Bologna is taxi. May be they shoud write this down in the description. It is also written that they have parking. That is the main reason for us to choose them. One day before arriving they sent us a message with the information that it cost 20€ per day. May be they shoud write this in the description too. However it turns out that there are no available spots, so we had to driving around on the streets (half of them are under construction) to find a spot in the zone and than walking back to the hotel.

The hotel is nice. The staff is helpful. Rooms are really big for city hotel. Breakfast is ok.

Beds and aircon

Spacious room clean and tidy. Bed a bit uncomfortable very hard and pillows the same and the Air Cond. didn’t work properly they tried to fix but still had problems

Air conditioning was very weak - woke up very hot in the night. One of our room bathrooms had faecal matter in the toilet bowl on arrival..

Very spacious and mostly clean rooms with lots of storage and good black-out blinds. Friendly staff. Walk to town centre was just do-able (30 mins).

There was only a coffee vending machine οn the first floor. I would prefer an espresso maker inside the room.

Spacious room, cleanliness, polite staff. Underground garage was a plus as we had a rental car. Proximity to the city center.

The private parking they offer was tight. We have Skoda combi which was a challenge to go in and out of their parking. We also had to go outside to load and unload our stuff. They do not have direct access from Parking to the reception. Also there was only 1 lift, so we always had to wait. Other than that all is good.

The room has enough space with kitchen and with free coffee and tea. Good enough for family (we have 1yr old) so we all fit in the bed. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. They even offer drinking water next to their cafeteria. Breakfast was yummy and has different variations. The staff were also nice.

The AC wasn’t great. It ran but didn’t cool.

Nice small hotel. Had a nice breakfast reasonably priced. The location is somewhat ok but not great. You can take bus to get around but you should research the routes etc before since there is not much instructions in other languages.

Our delayed flight missed the hotel’s last shuttle bus (11.45 pm) resulting in a queue of 80+ people waiting for taxis of which there were only a few running at that time of night. Arriving eventually at the hotel at nearly 2 am to join a very tired queue to check in accompanied (?musically??) by the guest revellers from a football match!!

Next to the airport but requires a couple of miles taxi journey as there is no direct access.

The parking lot was under construction, so unfortunately no parking in front of the hotel. Bus stop also under construction, so redirections we’re a bit vague.

Comfortable room with a good view and balcony. Also a small kitchen and fridge was a nice bonus.

the shower water is nealy cold at 4 am (meanwhile the hand basin tap has normal hot water) - Due to civil works in the street, bus 944 to/from the airport doesn't stop right next to the hotel

Room furniture and style was below my expectations for the price besides being clean.

Staff was very friendly. Late checkout time is really nice. Breakfast was good. Location is good even though connectivity was a bit impacted by street works.
