Away from crowded cities. Farms surrounding it. It's more of a family setting than a brick and mortar cold structure, where staff makes you feel like a family member rather than a "hotel passenger." There are plenty of spaces to roam and walk. Kids amenities. Staff is amazingly accommodating and friendly. Served food is excellent, Piamontese cuisine and a variety of local wines to try. Again, it's away from the cities, very nice for a deserved rest.

This is not a smart hotel and the location is a bit strange but we really liked it for the one night we stayed.

Great value for money, really friendly staff and good home cooked food for supper. It was spotlessly clean.

Huge room and bathroom, with good air con. Hotel private parking very good and secure. Set in big park so good for dog walking. Grounds can be busy with many locals visiting to see the attractions and the zoo. For us just added to the charm of the place. Incredibly helpful and attentive owner. Evening meal was lovely and all home cooked, with excellent selection of local wine. Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The toilet in our room didn’t function very well, and would need to be looked at. There was a sewer smell walking into the room that must have come from the tubes. I found the price of the restaurant a bit high, considering what we ate, and the portions small. The WiFi didn’t work properly, and when it did work, was extremely slow. One last thing to keep in mind, but is not the properties fault is the high quantity of mosquitoes and flies that bother you while eating outside or doing any of the outdoor activities. Mosquito spray is a must if you intend to visit this place.

The zoo was nice to visit with my daughter, and well kept, with a variety of animals. The pools were nice with a small bar, and spaces around to eat outside. The breakfast was nice, although not very rich in variety.

Reception was a bit off, ferocious mosquitoes (but screens at every window), and do being your swimcap for the swimming pool (!).

Great restaurant and service, enormous swimming pool, they even have a zoo. Very helpful staff, for the most.

There was no variety and there were no allergy requirements taken into for me as an individual. Also, there were insects in the room on the bed. There was no hot water, the room was cold.

I was told it was English breakfast. This was no where near an English breakfast - no eggs, sausages, breakfast and the staff was not friendly.

The room is unclean , shower room had no hand shower and the shower head is awkward and difficult to shower. The weather was cold and the room was not comfortable in view of the weather season.

The room was small (made for max 3 beds really, the 4th one was at the entrance hall by the door). A bunk bed would have been better. When we arrived, there was a foul smell in the corridor that made the air barely breathable before entering the room (morgue like, maybe they used too much alcohol to disinfect?). The main hotel looked nice and had an elevator, but our room was in the next building (annex). There was absolutely NO WIFI in the room or the building, only outside and the restaurant area, so this was frustrating for us and the kids. The bathroom and shower were not practical, there were no shelves or supports for the towels and there was water on the floor after the shower. Other issues: The swimming pool is opened for all visitors, so it was a bit too crowded. Also, ~3/4 of the big pool was very deep, so almost everybody was sitting in 1/4 of it. There were many mosquitos, which is commun in Italy.

We stayed here for one day on our way home, to avoid the Saturday traffic towards Switzerland. Overall the room was clean and had the expected toilet articles and air conditioning (but no wifi). We also liked the small zoo and the fresh (although scarce) breakfast. We were also glad to be able to get dinner on place. We could park inside. Overall it was green and quiet.

The fact that I booked 1 room for a family of 4 and on the reception they told me that wasn't available so we had to sleep in separate rooms. Breakfast was horrible without choices and moulded fruit. The coffee was terrible ... disappointed 😞

- Needs renovation. Neglected - Construction / renovation work during daytime (loud) - Mosquitoes - Attention of restaurant staff (we had to look out for them several times each day to order something)

- Big garden with zoo, playground - Restaurant on Location - Big swimming pool nearby - Quiet location - Activities for kids. Good for families
