Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Brazil- if there's an event at the racing track, it's practically impossible to stay at the pool area, for instance (too loud of a noise); - there was some sort of general electrical problem at the hotel, so lights would go out very often, which would reconfigure room temperature, bathtub functionality, and so on; - bathtub takes ages to warm up, so i guess that a prior notice would be appreciated; - minibar practically doesn't cool down properly.
- nice location, in a remote area, away from the city (although, it's close to a racing track); - hotel is a beautiful, with an amazing landscaping job; - room is very nice, clean, the bed and pillows are just perfect; - the staff is very kind, helpful and welcome; - meals at the hotel are very good.

United KingdomThe breakfast was OK . We felt there should be a hot cooked option. Although there was yogurt, fruits and walnuts , the quality of the rest was poor and not in line with the quality of the dinner . We would have been happy with a less choice of the baked goods , breads( again a quality issue) and replace all of these with one good quality bread and good quality croissants. The coffee is very good .
You do get luxury and luxurious setting. Staff are very friendly and so is the owner. The dinner we had was excellent as the chef was very good .

Terreforti Luxury Village is a beautiful modern hotel with the most welcoming and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast each morning was always delicious and we had a fabulous dinner one of the nights of our stay. We are most thankful for the extra effort by Salvatore, Carmelo, Antonio and Giuseppe. We look forward to returning again!

The rooms were very modern and clean, as was the pool and other outdoor / indoor areas. Amazing views of sunset from the villa. Staff were so helpful and friendly, we were made to feel very welcome. Good location if you don’t want to be in the centre - this was the perfect base for us to see the main sites in Agrigento via car.

AustriaWe didn't find anything. This is the fourth hotel we stayed in Sicily and by far the best and we only take hotels witj more than 9 points. The only thing to consider is, that you have to use a car, if ypu want to.go for sightseeing . But you will not want to leave the place, as it will not get better. We took also dinner here, because it's so nice and the calm atmosphere is amazing.
We found it on booking and there has been only one review, so we were not sure. We took the risk and were rewarded. We booked the suite and we absolutely recommend. It's all brand new and with a lot of taste. The bed is phantastic, not too soft and not too hard. I have back problems and this an important factor for me. The bathroom is small but with excellemänt quality. Big shower with non slippery surface. There is a jacuzzi in an extra room, but we didn't use it, as we have one at home. The pool is the best we had on Sicily with easy access and shallow area for resting and deep area for swimming. It is made of a soft and non slippery foil, very interesting. Water is having the right temperature and it is cleaned every day. The dinner is taken at the pool side and we had from seafood to pasta a variety in the three days we stayed. There is a nice bar at the pool as well and you can have drinks all day. Wine list with local wines is also great. The garden is in amazing condition and the grass is awesome, i don't know how they did the grass, but we would like to have a lawn like this at home. If you like a calm.stay, there is no noise to hear at all, streetvis too far away. Brekkie is typical italian standard, you can order omelette and scranmbled eggs as well.

Good location for overnight visit to tour valley of the temples. Large clean well equipped bedroom with balcony. Staff helpful. Gorgeous landscaped gardens. Beautiful pool area.
