Well, it was good, but I didn’t know where they got 4 stars. No water bottle in the room, no ventilation in the windowless bathroom, some of the furniture kinda grungy and the air conditioning was lame.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The facilities were very old, the bathroom smelled bad, and overall considering location, facilities and overall experience, in my view, a bit overpriced.

Parking lot was large, ok breakfast, air condition worked well, staff was friendly, and we received an upgraded room.

The rooms are a bit worn down, the bed was not the most comfortable, and the transport to the city centre is very bad (there is one bus that comes every hour or close to it, but sometimes it doesn't show up at all - which happened to me). At night it's definitely worth to take a taxi back and not risk it with the bus.

Staff were nice. the location is far from the centre, but if you want to be away from the chaos, this is a good option. The pizza in the restaurant was okay.

The location is not the best for tourists coming to Rome as it is far away from the center. The price was expensive for only one night.

This is not a 4* hotel. Location is dreadful: over an hour by bus and metro into the centre; hotel opposite is derelict - looks like some sort of ghost-town. Rooms need refreshing - my wardrobe didn’t even have a rail to hang anything from. Zero sound-proofing between rooms.

I got bitten by bed bugs Hotel could not resolve this problem for us immediately. Though, I have shown them the video and photos of the bug I found on my pillow. The hotel wanted us to contact via booking.com to request compensation.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, that's my only comment.. not the type of things served, but their quality (less items but better quality is always preferably over a million different things of average quality). For instance the coffee being a self-service machine coffee instead of a good quality coffee made by the staff was a bit disappointing for me.

Internet worked perfectly, staff was really nice, the parking was perfect. Beds were pretty comfy and the shower was amazing.

Breakfast and dinner were poor. Slippers were not provided. Bed and pillows were totally uncomfortable. Bathroom needs service. Smell of the room, bed and pillows were bad... looks like not cleaned from previous guest. Elevator was too slow and busy. Dinner dishes were left outside the room and not picked up by staff till next day morning although reception was informed since 8 pm. When visiting the restaurant to have dinner, staff informed us that all tables are reserved and we have to eat on our room although many tables were available.

Close to FCO airport, other than this not recommended at all due to poor service and distance from center.

Quite aways out of town. Menus never changed. (We were there 6 nights.) Reading room was nice touch, but no books to read, only a few magazines.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Ilaria and Asia. Great AC during this hot weather. Bus stop in front of the hotel, and you could buy tickets at the desk. Great hot breakfast buffet. Very nice outdoor dining arrangement. Swimming pool available next door. Computers/printer available. Great value for a 4 star hotel.

poor location, poor transportation especially early morning no taxi, consequently missed the train and lost 460 Euros. Very disappointing
