Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

JordanThe coffee machine was hard to use we had to call the receptionist to send someone to help us do it , the complimentary water wasn’t enough in the room, when checking out I wanted to pay cash they didn’t accept 500 euro that’s there policy, so I asked them what to do they told you go do it lower bill they had no information where to exchange it so I had to go out and walk around to finally someone told me to go central bank of Italia it was 11 min walk from the hotel to exchange it, they didn’t tell us tips what we can do in the city or give us city map .
The hotel room was clean , near the metro station , walking distance from the duomo

SwitzerlandThe service at the Roof Top Restaurant was terrible and I would not recommend having dinner at this restaurant. The service was poor (& host was rude), food was just okay and over-priced. However, breakfast was good and service was excellent.
I liked the room - it was clean and modern. The hotel location was great, less than 10-minute walk to the Duomo. I recommend to stay at this hotel if you want to be near the central sight-seeing areas.

Really spacious room with lovely en-suite bathroom and shower area. Good variety of quality items for breakfast. Location very close to Duomo and other attractions. Nearby underground line (M3).

United KingdomThe hotel was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean and very modern, the staff were really friendly and helpful. WE had a King room, the bed was absolutely massive and it had a lovely balcony but was too cold to sit out there. The breakfast was lovely, loads to choose from. It was 5 minutes walk from Duomo Cathedral so the location was perfect, if we went back to Milan we would defo stay there again, 100% recommend

NorwayWhen you enter the hotel, you are met by a 6x4 meter screen with flashing advertisements for Bryan Adams' former designer. Every single time you enter your room, the TV turns on and starts blasting loud commercials - again the same designer. After a few minutes of annoying music and anorectic models zooming in and out of the screen, the TV shifts to commercials *for the hotel you're already in*. This makes no sense. It's a nice hotel. Why would they make it feel like Ryanair.
Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast Stylish.
