The location of Hotel Torino is exceptional. We were a few minutes walk from San Marco Square. The hotel was quiet and offered a continental breakfast. It is expensive, but everything in Venice is!

Size of room was very tight for 2 people. Very noisy out the back at night and early morning. No air conditioning until May so really hot. Open windows noise and early season mosquito.

We were using Google maps for directions to the hotel and it kept telling us we'd arrived but we couldn't find it. Its a little hidden in the corner of a street, just a door between two shops and the only sign for the hotel was the name of the hotel on the ground outside the front entrance. So keep that in mind if looking for the hotel. Breakfast wasn't great, especially the 1st morning. One person serving and she was under a lot of pressure trying to get to everyone. It would be much easier if breakfast was a buffet style as it's only croissants and pancakes that were served along with ham, cheese and yoghurt. No toast or cereals were offered which would have been nice to have option.

The location is brilliant!!! . The room was small but clean. They kept our luggage while we explored the area as we arrived early and room wasn't ready so that's always handy. I'd stay again.

The location was great, very strategic point, the only bad thing is that it would be better to store your luggage in train station because once inside Venice you’ll carry your bag for a long distance

The location was great . The hotel booked us a water taxi from the airport . The service was exceptional. We were met at the airport and met by the hotel staff as we disembarked the boat and escorted to the hotel. Will definitely be recommending. And the breakfast was delicious!

Shower door was dodgey, no light bulb in bedside lamp , room was very warm and difficult to regulate temp.

Location excellent , close to st Marc’s sq with boat stop nearby. Breakfast was basic but good. Ladies serving were very good. Reception staff could smile maybe ?

There was an external generator/ machine noise which was somewhat disturbing at night with the window open.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Although small, our room was very comfortable and the Hotel location was perfect, being only 5 mins from the Grand Canal, a vaporetto stop and also to St Mark's Square.

The room was super small, much smaller than I expected (from the photos posted). Sound isolation is poor, i’ve heard coughing and sneezing from other rooms. Breakfast was different from what I saw in the photos. No buffet. No clear understanding why people were getting different opinions for breakfast. A lot of sweet stuff, very far from balanced meal. It was hard for me to choose what to eat, except for sweets.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. All the main tourist attractions are in 10 minutes of a slow walk from the hotel. The staff is nice and welcoming.

Frankly, when our flight was brought forward by the airline the day before, we booked the first decent hotel we saw in the center during the carnival period. Therefore, it was better than we expected and we stayed at a very affordable price because we reserved it ahead of time.
