Fabulous staff. Excellent location

I liked everything. Depending upon what floor and how much luggage, someone may want an elevator. One of the gentleman who works at the hotel was kind enough to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. Again this did not bother us at all. I did not ask about an elevator, so they may have had one that we didn't know about.

The staff was so amazing. We were having difficulty finding a taxi in our previous stop in Montepulciano and Sara from Torre De Fuggisole called and offered to get me a taxi. Sara and Adele were both so wonderful in advising me on where to go and what to see. They were both so responsive. They answered my questions so quickly. We felt so comfortable staying at this hotel. The hotel was amazing. we were on the 4th floor so it was a bit of a hike up the stairs but my daughter and I didn't mind this at all. The room was clean, beautiful and quite roomy. I can't say enough about how lovely the Sara and Adele were in assisting us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There is no lift, but we knew this as it is an old and narrow protected building.

The hotel was very clean and fresh. The room was airy and bed was very comfortable. There was also many toiletries and complementary water bottles in the room. Staff was so helpful and wonderful.

This property was excellent at every level . It was accurately described on booking .com . Our room was spotless and the modern lighting and keyless entry perfect . The stay however was particularly wonderful due to the manner and service of Sara . She was in touch with us before we arrived and her manner on meeting us was so welcoming . She assisted us with booking taxis and dealing with some mislaid items from a previous hotel / although there is no breakfast at the hotel there is an excellent t local cafe less than 10 away where you eat with the locals . Thank you we felt like well looked after guests

Sara was really the best host. She was so kind and helpful in recommending activities and also helped us book a restaurant in Siena on a very busy night. The rooms are so clean and have everything you could possibly need. Short 4-5 minute walk into the main plaza. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you Sara!

The location near the main plaza in Siena was perfect. A 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants but far enough away for the room to be quiet at night. The staff was very helpful and the owner gave us the history of the building and showed us the viewpoint at the top!

Absolutely nothing!

Sara and Adele are the most warm and greeting hostesses we have ever met. Both were so knowledgeable about Siena making our vacation memorable. We can’t say enough on how beautiful the hotel is with amazing views of the entire city and country. We are already planning next years stay. This is a 10+ hotel. Gail and Dan

The room was a little small but really had everything we needed in it. We didn't have a problem with the stairs but I guess somebody with mobility issues might like to go for a room on one of the lower floors.

This is a beautifully restored old building a short walk from everything in central Siena. We were on the top floor and the view from our room was magnificent!! Sara on reception was friendly and interesting to talk to and couldn't have been nicer to us. The room was very comfortable.

My husband felt the room was a bit small, but then again this is in an older building and I thought they did a great job updating the place, but keeping the the medieval look as well.

The manger, Adele was wonderful with check-in, very helpful with local information and recommendations. She answered all the many questions we had being new to the area! The place and room was extremely clean!

Loved our stay in this hotel. It is a quaint place with only few rooms. Although not equipped with a lift, the host offered to help with luggages herself and if I am not mistaken there is also a room on ground floor which you can request rather than missing out on this hotel. The owner helped us with parking to be able to be close enough to park our cars and walk. It was a 5 minute walk to street parking as inside the city one cannot enter without a permit. Also close to the centre (Torre del Mangia etc) which is only 7 mins away on foot. Room was lovely and extremely clean! Loved it and wished we could spend more nights here. Definitely recommend!

It was perfect , though there is no elevator so might not be suitable for the very elderly

Beautifully restored tower in central Sienna. Well appointed room with very comfortable bed . Quiet location no noise. The owner was very hospitable & helpful and booked & recommended us fantastic local restaurants . Would book again in a heartbeat .
