Everything! This was such a gem of a property. Incredible views and surrounded by peace and quiet! The rooms are well appointed and everything feels new and very clean. The owners are welcoming and strive to meet all of your needs.

The rooms were not well soundproofed although most guests were quiet. The bathroom door was glass and did not close well which could be a bit awkward.

This hotel was situated on the crest of a hill with million dollar views in all directions. It was peaceful and quiet at night. It is situated up a winding road, 10' outside Brisighella, which has ample nice restaurants and a medieval castle. Breakfast on the patio was excellent, especially the coffee and local specialties. The room was not large but it was well designed, remodeled around an old stone house. The hostess Angela was friendly and very helpful.

Everything - the place is so calm, in the middle of vinyards. the bedroom was clean and modern. The food was simple but excellent. Angela is very nice and at your disposal. I highly recommend this place - I wish we could have spent more days there.

Didn't realise the restaurant wouldn't be open so had to depart again having arrived expecting to get a meal and take in the views. Being remote its a 15 minute drive to local town. Angela we very helpful and booked a table locally which was very good.

Not a dislike, just a suggestion - if you could offer eggs as part of breakfast, food was yummy but a bit carb heavy :)

Panoramic views of the Italian countryside, attached to an excellent restaurant (clearly a local favorite given the Friday night crowd). Room was clean and comfy. Fantastic coffee. Best part was the staff. David went out of his way to make calls to connect us to a local wine/olive oil producer to visit. He also found me an electric kettle so I can boil water in the room for tea. Thank you!

Homemade sweets, delicious fruitsalad, ham and salami, Coffee specialities, Black tea with added fresh mint leaves. And a splendid view over the romagnolian hillside. Couldn't have been better.

I cannot believe how beautiful this place is! The grounds are really like the fairytale picture of what an Italian villa is. Olive groves, vineyard, beautiful rolling hills, even an ancient tower. But while the grounds look like they are from a bygone era, the inside of the rooms are gorgeous and modern. We stayed in the little separate cottage and it was perfect. The town of Brisighella, just 10 minutes by car away, is fantastic as well. Angela was so warm and gracious a host. We really felt like we had to whole place to ourselves. We were able to sit out on the patio overlooking the vineyard and read/work. The internet works great out there in case you are like us and also had to do some work while you're there. We have travelled the world and this was truly a very special place.

The rooms were a bit small - especially the bathrooms. Also, not a big deal, but the rooms are directly upstairs from the restaurant so if someone is looking for an early night of quiet, that could be problematic depending on how busy the incredible restaurant is that night.

The location was absolutely gorgeous - in the beautiful green Apennine hills just ten minutes outside of the lovely medieval city of Brisighella. The breakfast was fantastic as well. The staff was wonderful - friendly and accommodating.

The room was lovely, large and spacious but would have benefitted from a larger dressing table and chair/mirror as there wasn’t much room to put personal effects when getting ready to go out for the evening. We would also have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities. These were small inconveniences but would make a big difference to how the room worked for us. Would definitely go back as we loved it.

Breakfast was superb and the terrace we had it on was stunning. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and the location was amazing, great walking and cycling around, perfect for our dogs to walk easily. Very quiet location, we had a wonderful nights sleep.

Toilet was see through arrangement - room was claustrophobic but that’s possibly just a personal thing beautiful building but in middle of nowhere you could not go here without a car

We were a bit rushed in the morning to check out. The information stated that checkout would begin at 8am, but we could not find anyone to help us until about 8:30q

The property and rooms were simply stunning. The sunrise and sunset was magnificent. Our room had a modern feel and felt very private. We also ate at the restaurant and everything we had was incredible. We were so sad to only be here for 1 night and would love to return in the future.
