Our stay was wonderful at Tridente Suites! The room was immaculate, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Antonio, the owner and Sarah, were very friendly, attentive and helpful with directions and suggestions. We walked to most of the sites we visited including the Vatican, Basilica Colosseum, Palantine Hill, and Doges Palace. The area is filled with outdoor cafes and restaurants offering casual and fine dining. Tridente Suites was a memorable experience for us!

I had a bad experience with Booking.com in March 2024. I booked a hotel in Rome, based on its booking site, I should be getting a superior room that is 376 sq ft, but I got a room that was one third smaller.   After I came back from my holiday, I filed a report with Booking.com’s Customer Service but instinctively their first reply was to suggest that I approach the property directly. This leaves me puzzled and I told them that it was their job instead of mine to resolve the issue with the property.   Their verdict was solely based on the property owner’s standpoint. They are not interested in investigating further even after I presented them with the fact of what was advertised as opposed to what I received. I also showed them a review on Booking.com in which the reviewer was staying in the same room as me and he mentioned that it is a standard room.   Finally, I do not believe that I am asking for much to compensate me financially for the difference in what was advertised as opposed to what I received. But until now, Booking.com’s Customer Service still leaves me in a limbo, which speaks much about their customer handling. I

We had the room at the end of the corridor (no.103) so the WiFi signal was poor. I suggest they use a signal amplifier for better coverage.

Perfect location in Via del Corso close to Piazza del Popolo and its metro station and taxi stands - very convenient. Friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful hosts (Antonio and his family). Our room (standard twin) was spacious and clean with nice views over the lively del Corso street. The building itself is full of character. Comfortable beds. We will definitely stay again!

I loved everything about the property.

The property was in the middle of everything and great walking distances to big attractions. Everyone at the hotel was kind and the hotel was beautiful. Every single day the rooms were very clean and entry and exit to the hotel was easy. The owner Antonio was very kind and helpful, even with a slight language barrier between us we were able to figure everything out and get it squared away. The receptionist was also very welcoming and very kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, the views from the window were very beautiful.

Room slightly smaller than we were expecting. No milk available for tea/coffee. Bedside tables and more than one plug socket would have been useful. No window in the room and no way to close the bathroom window.

Fantastic location. Absolutely lovely and helpful check in at reception. Showed us the wonderful map on the wall which was really helpful. Bed super comfy. Kettle with tea bags and coffee in the room. Shower powerful and warm. Radiator works great. Housekeeping kept it all lovely. Plenty of storage space.

The fridge is not cold and there no telephone to call other room. Should provide toothbrush and toothpaste. It is good to have coin laundry. There also no complementary drinking water.

It was a little tricky getting our luggage to the 2nd floor where the hotel was located, there is an elevator but it is very small. Took two trips to get everything up - it was a unique experience! Once we mastered that everything was great.

We had booked a couple of tours before booking the hotel. I specifically looked for a hotel that was close to the meeting points for our tours. The location was perfect. The hospitality the staff extended to their guests made us feel like family.

Perfect location, great driveway. The hotel is designed in art deco style. From the entrance you can feel the atmosphere of Rome. Friendly greeting and help in choosing a restaurant. Everything was great! Also help with taxi to the airport.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Rome thank to Antonio and his staff & family. We got there a little early and Antonio was there to meet us and he helped out by letting us store our bags before regular check-in hours and by giving us a wonderful run down of the area in Rome. We spent some time chatting (thank you for your English skills Antonio!) and it was very enjoyable. He also made sure that we had everything we needed in our rooms. The location was wonderful...not too crowded but still close to everywhere we wanted to go. I was excited my whole life to visit Rome and Tridente Suites was the perfect place to stay! Thank you Antonio for a wonderful stay and your hospitality!
