The radiator from upstairs wasn't working and the AC didn't face as it doesn't work all the time. The temperature în that room was maximum 16 grade. It was cold!

Perfect location and stunning atmosphere. Walking distance to the piazza/town square with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs, also on the way there. Best restaurant virtually right across the street. Kitchen with all the facilities and utensils and cozy bedroom with Aircon

the climbing to the second floor was unconfortable - narrow and steep ladder. no airconditioning in the rooms, 2 fans to the 3 rooms. one single room was very tightt and did not have a window.

The 3 rooms were clean, the location was close to the center and within walking distence, free parking close by. driving to the apartment was a little "tight" as the streets are very narrow, good that we had a small car.

Someone come some minutes before check out to knock the door and make the clock sign.. I would wait a few minutes without pressure also because we were ready to go. It is rude

The bath tub is more a sit down shower

Difficulty in warming the trullo. I am short so I had no problem in the shower, but above 170 cm you may have to bend down.

During my stay at Trullo in Alberobello, I was impressed by the newness and cleanliness of everything. The trullo itself was a unique and charming experience, with its traditional stone structure and cone-shaped roof. However, the weather during my stay was quite chilly, and it was difficult to heat the trullo adequately. While there was a fireplace available for use, it came with an additional cost, so it was best to dress warmly. Despite the chilly temperature, I still enjoyed my stay at Trullo. The interior was modern and well-furnished, with all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with plenty of hot water for showering. The location of Trullo was also fantastic, within walking distance to the main attractions of Alberobello, including the famous trulli houses and local restaurants. The owner was friendly and responsive. In conclusion, while the heating situation was a bit challenging, my stay at Trullo was still a lovely experience. With its unique and charming structure, modern amenities, and great location, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Alberobello.

there’s a kitchen but not equipped. didn’t want ven find a glass in the cupboard check out time at 10 is way too early. at that time most bars are still closed and you can’t have breakfast yet. cleaning lady was waiting outside of the door

The beds are ok. A bit on the hard side. The air conditioner did not work day one and it was hot sleeping but the manager came by wile we were out and fixed it and left the remote. There was a fan so that made it tolerable that first night.

The manager of the property was very friendly and responsive. The location couldn't be better in my opinion especially for the price and we had free street parking nearby, It's super cute and what you would expect one of these little houses to look like. We enjoyed the rooftop area at night.

There was no parking and we chose hotel with parking. Owners advertised as place with parking. We parked very far away on the streets. Very difficult with luggages and baby to walk that far. Supper dissatisfied. Will not go back there. Also dirty towels were not cleaned up after previous guests.

Beds were hard. Would have liked extra pillows. Not very much cutlery and no sharp knives for meal prep. The frying pan was warped on the bottom so didn't work very well.

Location was great. Easy to find and get in (we had a late flight). Bathroom was large. Shower was powerful. We were given lots of towels and the offer of having the towels changed over mid-stay. We were cold one night and the host very kindly put the heating up for us.

Unbearable heat that kept some of us awake at night. There was only one fan that cannot serve the multiple rooms. We asked for additional fan but I guess none could be found to provide for our unit.

It was all good!

Excellent host, Michele met us at the property. He provided a map and recommendations for fantastic local restaurants. Breakfast was delivered every morning and we enjoyed it on the lovely rooftop terrace, overlooking the trulli roofs and the church. A nice walking distance to the central trulli area.

The flat looks a bit old. I could not make the coffee machine work properly (instructions should be reviewed). I found it too pricey given other places we have stayed in the region which were nicer with super nice and attentive hosts. But ok for one night.

The apartment is ok, in a quiet street, close to the main touristic areas. We could park to unpack and then go to the station to leave the car, 5 min walk away. Beds were comfy.
