Despite the "shared kitchen" in the facilities description, the host didn't allow us to use the kitchen. WiFi is limited to single device.

There was just one small thing, the bathroom window was a bit revealing. A little bit of a tint would be great to be honest. My girlfriend felt a bit exposed after realizing there was a balcony in front of the window. But a little cover up with a small towel and it was all good.

The location was very nice and quiet. The breakfast had a variety of foods and drinks, along with the a pleasant company with the owner and the rest of the other guests. Bedding was soft and comfortable as well. The owner was very nice and patient, who waited for us past the checkout time after we were having trouble finding a taxi to the place.

The rooms are accessible through staircase. The host was very helpful to carry my luggage up the stairs.

I stayed for one night. The apartment is located in the old part of town. It had a perfect view of the Duomo. Giovanni the host was very friendly an extremely helpful. He is very engaging with his guests and arranged very nice breakfast for the stay. Kudos for the hospitality!

Limited view from the bedroom, mouldy bathroom, limited parking on the street, older equipment of the rooms.

Place worth visiting with very friendly, helpful and communicative host, who provided excellent breakfast. The accommodation is situated in the city center and offers nice view from the upper floor.

Very narrow little streets means (free) parking about 500m from the bnb, also two steep flights of stairs from the street but these are not negatives.

lovely host in a small bnb in the centre of the town with a lovely restuarant opposite. Close to several historic sites. Very friendly host and good atmosphere at breakfast.

Owner was amazing chatty and friendly. Breakfest great. He took us by his " work car" to villa Romana..because there is no public transport off season and weather was bit wet. Thanks for everything:)

The owner Giovani was very welcoming and even invited us to his wines store for a drink. He also had breakfast with us it is nice to chat with local people when travelling and my friend speaks Italian quite well

Unfortunately we couldn't leave luggage next day while visiting Villa Casale,fortunately Sicilans are so helpful that stored it us in the nearest cafe

The room had all that was needed, but there was no external window so it felt odd being in a box of a room with no external light.

Our host was very friendly and provided a good breakfast of croissants and jam.

The house is in a very good location. Room is large, well equipped and breakfast was great. Mr. Giovanni is very helpful, because of covid there's no public bus so he offered me a ride to Villa Romana. Overall very positive experience.

Our stay was marred by cold and rainy weather (nobody's fault) and the sudden realisation it was a national holiday the next day so the buses were not running as we expected (our fault). This meant we had to shoot out early, before breakfast time (so can not comment on the breakfast provision). This is no reflection of the accommodation or Giovanni, just our bad preparation. So advise travelers to be aware of the various Italian holiday days which affect public transport.

It was clean and provided the basics for a one night stay. The proprietor, Giovanni, was very welcoming (limited English but no less limited than our Italian so no fault there). He runs a small wine and 'deli' store at the bottom of the street with some nice wines etc. He did his utmost to help us. As basic accommodation with no frills, it is fine.
