Good hotel, clean, very helpful and friendly staff! Only sound isolation was not great, we were unlucky to get a room next to the elevator, we could hear it loud. The receptionist was willing to change the room though. Parking in front of the hotel, can accommodate up to four cars, was a perfect solution for us.

The shower was a bit small. I would not recommend the breakfast. Compared to the quality of the rooms, the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

We had a wonderful room with two balconies. The room was beautiful, light, spacious, luxurious and very clean. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was a bit small; American coffee is not what I am looking forward when I stay with a Italien hotel-everybody was ordering cappuccino from the waiter instead.

It was not clean, the beds were uncomfortable, the noise level made it difficult to sleep, and the area around the hotel was not a great area.

It was within walking distance to the city center and a lot of restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The noise fom the street below on Saturday night was unbearable even with the windows tightly closed. The furnishings were a bit shabby and old-fashioned.

Worse hotel we stayed in , 4 star, it should not even have 1 star. No parking. Situated right outside outdoor nightclub environment, loud noise until after 2 am. Front desk nervously locks front door as you come and go day or night does not leave you with a sense of safety. This hotel should be not on any booking sites, as pictures do not reflect what hotel looks like. Shame on you. No matter what the hotel responds to this review, you have be warned.

The only good thing was that the receptionist was very polite and responsive.

Noisy lift, had to change our room. Mould on shower tiling, dirt on shower frame, creaky door to bathroom, bidet tap points outside of the bidet, no soundproofing between rooms. Just not a properly maintained hotel. Very noisy club music immediately outside the hotel until after midnight.

- The place was not so clean. - I am not sure how the bathroom was cleaned but there was urine smell which does not indicate it has been sanitized. - The constant AC made the room quite, with a thin sheet at night, it was cold. - the breakfast looked very basic for the price, one might as well have breakfast out. - We had to by the way, as we paid for an inclusive breakfast but learned it was not the case and was not included, upon our arrival.

- The location is not too bad, but Palermo is quite small so one can easily reach landmarks with 15 min walk - the staff was nice and welcoming

The hotel is located in a sketchy area and is not proximate to the main parts of Palermo. Also, the front desk controls the electricity and cooling. Though it worked eventually, we had to request these basic amenities. Then, once the air conditioning was on, the rooms were blazing hot.
