The hotel would need some updating. For example, the doors don’t block sound very well. I would also wish that the breakfast would have more fresh fruit and vegetables.

The bathroom was mouldy, the bedroom hadn’t been cleaned properly upon arrival and the shower leaked. There wasn’t a wide variety of breakfast options unless you like cake.

The bed was comfortable and the foyer to the hotel was beautiful. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel doesn’t have all what should to be a 4 stars hotel and facilities too old. Room is dark and doesn’t feel you want to be in that room at all…the checkout at 10 am is very early as well

Location is close to a bad area of Naples. Lots of bums and dirt. Breakfast was ok. Doors don't have locks on the inside so I didn't feel secure. Very dusty and ac barely worked.

Utterly incompetent hotel when it came to making payment, Like a lot of places in Italy would not accept Amex so tried nominating a foreign exchange card. This was declined because the way they processed the card required a PIN (I was in the UK and not at the hotel at that point) So ended up reserving with my UK debit card. Got to the hotel and they said no problem using the foreign exchange card but they billed my debit card as well. Complete set of cowboys. Don't do here

When we checked in we were given a slip of paper confirming 2 nights evening meals for Tuesday and Wednesday evening. On Wednesday evening we arrived at the dining room to find it was closed. The staff on reception informed us that it did not open on Wednesday evenings. We informed them that we had booked half board and there was nothing on their website about this, and no-one mentioned it when we checked in. We had booked half board because one of us has poor mobility and we did not want to walk about too much. There was no apology and very little empathy and after a phone call we were told they had arranged that we could go to another restaurant to have our meal. Although some but not all of the food was nice we waited one hour between courses - the second course looked as though it had been thrown on the plate. If we had known that evening meals were not available on Wednesdays we would have booked a different hotel

We enjoyed the breakfast but it was quite basic . Coffee was nice and freshly made to order. Dinner on the first evening was ok and it was nice to eat in the hotel after a long day of travel.

There were no towels in the room when we arrived, toilet seat was broken and would have been obvious to the staff cleaning the room, the shower needed a good clean.

Was a convenient hotel due to being near the train station. Breakfast was okay. Really appreciated that hotel allowed us to leave luggage with them for the day so we could explore Naples. Was good value compared to other hotels, but the area this hotel is in is pretty rough looking. This is definitely not a 4* hotel.
