We had a delux room which was large and had a small terrace area, this was perfect. The only small negative was that the mattress was uncomfortable and there was very little storage for clothes.

A beautiful hotel with a stylish lobby area surrounded by pretty gardens which are a welcome escape from the busy city centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Felt the breakfast was ok but no scrambled eggs replaced after 9 am and breakfast was till 10! Girl in kitchen looked very rushed trying to look after guests. Needed more staff helping out.

We didn't have any glass in the room(only plastic ones). It was our anniversary and we want to enjoy a glass of wine, but no plastic :).

The location is perfect, the yard very generous and green, the breakfast good. It is very well located- Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens at 8 minutes away. We arrived after 8PM and was very easy to acces the key. The parking was a plus- we enjoied Firenze by walk and by bys( the drivers from Florence are very chaotic).

The beds are not too comfortable, and pillows too flat. The cellphone service isn’t great in the area, so we need to rely on WiFi, which doesn’t work well.

Amazing breakfast, clean rooms, heartwarming staff. Great location if you are looking to be away from the crowds, but close enough to a walk visit to the centre.

The staff are incredible - immediately from check-in I felt super comfortable and welcomed. The room is great - all you need, nothing less & nothing more! Breakfast is basic, but also has everything from eggs to cornettos etc. In very good hands and great to have parking!!

10min walk to porta romana 3 min walk to the bus station. We could park our care there for free and enjoy the city. Breakfast is simple but enough for me and my kids. Receptionist gave us all the info upon check-in and was very helpful with what we asked him. It’s a great value for money.

The location is a 25 minute walk to the centre, we particularly picked up this place for the parking as we rented a car and it was very easy for us. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good.

WiFi is bad. As a hotel serving for tourism around, i suggest to get a better WiFi system. People on trips are the ones who love to share on Internet. But the WiFi signal is weak and speed is not fast enough

No coffe machine in the room, no glasses to pour a drink in, little space to put clothes and only 4 hangers

The water in the shower sometimes ended up on the floor more than one would expect.

The main hotel manager was excellent. He provided very good restaurant recommendations and advice on how to go round the city.

Easy to get to, with free parking on site. Lovely building and location. Friendly and helpful staff. Walk into the historical town of Florence and great breakfast the next day!

The wifi barely worked in the room and stone walls blocked also phone's own internet. The noice proofing is very poor, you can hear everything from the corridor and other rooms.

Very cute little hotel and easy to reach if you're coming with a car! Parking space was mandatory for us and we could have used it even until the afternoon of our departure. Breakfast was better than we expected, very good actually!
