Room could do with more power points. Being on a cliff be prepared for a bit of a walk each time you go to the pool/ rock beach , however most hotels in the area have the same issue.

Great location on a cliff with amazing views from all levels. So many areas of the property where you can sit and enjoy a drink and the view. Pool area is nice and there is an all day bar that serves drinks and food in a very relaxed environment. Further down there is a rock beach if you want to go for a swim. Rooms are cleaned and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Good Breakfast with outdoor tables to enjoy the view.

the pillows are very hard. your neck would not be good. it would be great to have soft pillows. the access to water is very difficult and they need to create a proper ladder and spring board. on breakfast it would be good to have boiled eggs.

overall, it is a beautiful venue in remote location (need a car).

The wedding was amazing. But the toilet facilities were not adaquete. Too far away and not ideal for the amount of use. Lighting en route not good. Need to rethink this if doing weddings and functions in future.

Shame there is no restaurant for the evening meal. Due to the fact we were passing through we really did not want to drive again in the evening. Turning this is it a positive - the receptionist and the pool bar staff were very helpful and we ordered a salad from the pool bar before it closed and it was provided in takeaway format and we were able to eat on the terrace later on. They really could not have been more helpful.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff who were happy to help and really efficient. The pool area was immaculate with 2 lovely pools. Breakfast was excellent. The room itself was very charming and clean with everything you needed. It was perfect for us on a one night stopover. Would definitely stay here again if passing by.

The room needs a bit of an update with the furniture but very comfortable. The bathroom is nice with a large shower.

The location is amazing, secluded but close to the water. The property is beautiful with gorgeous landscaping and views of the water. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The place is great! The hotel is surrounded by trees and nature, it has a direct access to the sea and a wonderful swimming pool. The breakfast is really nice as well. The staff is super helpful & nice. We booked only for 1 night and the only regret was not to book more days, absolutely recommended!

This hotel is on a quiet road just outside of Maratea, with access to a small rocky beach for hotel use only. Two good pools and plenty of private little terraces amongst the trees with terrific views where you can lose yourself in a book for the afternoon. The staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with the usual continental fare as well as cereals, cooked eggs, bacon and sausage. A 5 minute drive to Fiumincello offers several good places for dinner.

A restaurant on site would have been great in the evening as an option. Taxis can add a fair bit to the overall cost (10 to 20 euros each way depending on where you go).

Our room was set aside from the main building and had a lovely decked area that was private with a big comfortable couch to sit on and enjoy the peace and quiet. The gardens are extensive with lots of areas to enjoy in the sunshine and shade. The pool is a decent size and was usually very quiet. It shuts early but you can still go down to the sea for a swim if the water is calm. Unfortunately the waves were a bit rough when we visited and it would have been too dangerous. All the staff were cheerful and very helpful, especially at reception. They booked restaurants and taxis for us in the evening. The restaurant 1999 in the port was especially good.

It would be perfect if the place had a bar and restaurant. There are simole facilities at the pool until 6 pm but after a long drive it was simply too tiring to go in search of a place for dinner and resorting to the mini bar and a packet of crisps is rather depressing

Position is lovely and the hotel is really pleasant, my room had a charming terrace.

Private beach is not a beach at all but jagged rocks by the sea with some umbrellas and chairs. Missing a trick by not serving dinner. Difficult location if you don’t have a car as reliant on expensive taxis.

Nice setting by the sea surrounded by gardens. Good breakfast spread available and lunch menu by the pool.
