How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

WiFi didn't work for me but sometimes disconnecting is not so bad
Good price and excellent breakfast(fresh mozzarellina s and sweet cherry tomatoes for example). It was quiet and in a natural environment

The breakfast is excellent, far above the competition at the price point. The staff is efficient, kind and cheerful. The parking lot is spacious and so are the rooms. The bathroom is up to modern standards, very good. Elevator spacious and easily accessible. With few more tweaks the property will rock. WiFi easily connects but is still somewhat slow allegedly due to a service provider bottleneck. Reception desk open 24/7.
The hotel has just been taken over by a new proprietor who is working swiftly to make a series of improvements that could further enhance the hotel performance.

The woman at reception when we arrived didn't anwser me directly my question I asked per e-mail which was important but answered my e-mail, air conditionning makes some noise and when you shut it down it is a little bit warm in room but nothing insupportable, wifi is too weak, hotel is located in the corner of the road and adress on internet is not correct you have to drive+- 300-400 meters further when you come from Domodossola or Switzerland.
The staff is fine and helpful, italian hospitality which is always a pleasure to live, hotel has an excellent location regarding the airport, it has high standard, very quiet, very insulated from noise, bed is very comfortable, breakfast is very nice and offers many possibilities, parking ils private and secure. Négative points are very low regarding the quality of the stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We didn't like very much the dinner. The food itself was tasty but the presentation was very poor. Also the price for the menu was a bit higher for what you get. But maybe we were just not so lucky with the menu. :)
The hotel was really nice, on perfect location from Malpensa airport. Room was very big, all clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly, we had to leave early in the morning and they allowed us to come half an hour earlier to get the breakfast.

Staff very careless! We arrived at 10 without have dinner, we ask for whatever they had (snacks,chips,toast) and a girl not carrying at all just say “we do not have anything”. On the table of the bar there were croissants. Sometimes there is no solution to a problem but it’s the attitude of people that may change the feelings.

Aircon seemed to work only partially but what do I know about it if I get it wrong in most places I stay.
It was so easy to drive to the place and park the car and walk into the reception within 19 seconds and be in your room within two minutes. A bottle of mineral water on arrival would have been a finishing touch to the otherwise great start.

The hotel is conveniently located when travelling to ir from Malpensa airport. Parking is free. The staff was extremely nice, even prepared breakfast for our early leave at 6 am. I also liked the fact that there was a small fridge in the room and the room facing the backyard. In general, good quality price ratio.

Location was perfect! The room was comfy. The staff was most helpful with rides and the airport shuttle! We really enjoyed lunch in Oleggio. Thank you, Louly! Breakfast this morning was included and very tasty! Thank you!

Internet: D 0,98 - U 0,30 Mbps Coverage in my room: 2/5 Ping: 378 ms They mentioned it was a temporary issue but it lasted during all my stay. Couldn't work at all. Rooms are not soundproof as mentioned in the description. Normal rooms like any other hotel, you hear people outside and from other rooms.

Nice comfy triple room Staff and manager went out of their way to help us when Easyjet let us down Competitive deal with the long term parking and airport transfer Nice breakfast (especially now that they have the croissant filling machines!) I have stayed here before. Always clean, but I chose it and used it because of the free shuttle to nearby Malpensa Airport. The shuttle no longer exists, and a 50 euro round trip taxi was arranged for by the hotel after I asked where the shuttle was. COVID hit this area very hard last year, so I should be kind. The staff cares and the dinner was excellent. (But no excuse or mercy for the lack of toilet paper in our bathroom!)
Dinner was EXCELLENT! Breakfast quite good too.
