Nothing. Though our bathroom only has a bathtub (no shower), on the third day, it was pretty easy to take a shower/or half shower in the tub..

The room we stayed was the historical one. Such beautiful marble walls, elegant furniture, with nice balcony facing lake.

they cannot provide iron and iron board . we didn’t know this. we were almost about to go dinner and of course they service didn’t work this time already. but apart of that everything was perfect

the time you enter the Villa outstanding view opening on the lake . hotel itself very clean and cozy , we had room with the view . breakfast was very good and tasty . stuff beyond helpful and polite

I disliked nothing..wish we could have stayed longer

The restaurant was absolutely amazing! The waiters were the best extremely nice and very professional (we loved Antonio) food was some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had,the raviolis were melt in your mouth good wine from the region was really good..all the staff members were great..highly recommend place to stay in the Italian riviera

Wish we hadn't had to leave so early!

We loved it here. Gorgeous and comfortable room with a perfect view. Loved all the details in the hotel and grounds and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is an absolute gem : filled with history, it’s located in a fantastic location on the very chic coast of Gardone Rivera and delivers everything you can expect from a Relais & Chateaux hotel : a very professional staff, an amazing restaurant, an attention to the smallest details. just a small detail : when leaving the property on foot, you need to walk a minimum of 30 meters at a public street with a lot of fast cars, and without sidewalk - very dangerous. maybe good to have the people who need to do this , walk out at the tower (second location), because here one can at least cross the street on a safer footpath.

excellent hotel in a super location at the borders of Lake Garda. unbelievably beautiful terrace and restaurant facilities in open air, at the waterfront. perfect service in all possible details, with friendly and professional staff. superb food.

The only criticism I could think of would be to have a bread available at breakfast for those who don’t like toast!

We have stayed in many of the four and five star hotels around Garda and Como and we liked this one the most. Sensational cuisine. Most attractive gardens and very helpful staff.

A brilliant site, fantastic view over the lake. Great room in a historical villa that still has the right atmosphere and feeling. The restaurant outside under the canopy, in the morning also the place for the breakfast is a real delight. Great experience!
