Connectivity to public transport was limited. But the view and the host compensated for it.

Great view, homely vibes and Martina was a great host. It was very spacious. All utilities were in place and in great condition. it had a parking space within premise.

Awesome views of the Tuscany countryside from the Family Suite rooms that we had occupied. Rooms, facilities and the host Martina were all great. Only reason I took off 1 point was because the location is not easily accessible unless you have your own car. Buses can be difficult to deal with when you have luggage and if the credit card reader on the bus doesn't work.

Amazing 2 story room with an enormous and comfortable 2nd story deck with a view. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. Property owners were not only exceptionally helpful regarding sites and where to park and how to get around, they were able to be reached via WhatsApp pretty much anytime, They were hands on to help with the bags and make sure everything was perfect. We almost stayed a second time on our way back through the area, but our timing was off.

The property is quite far from the tourist spots of Florence. The bus stop is less than 100 meters away, which is helpful, but commuting still takes quite some time.

Martina and Gabriele are great hosts. Extremely responsive and helpful. The property is very clean and spacious with all ameneties. Views from the property are fabulous.

Is a bit out of the city centre so need public transport and a walk to get into the city. The bus stop is across the road from the villa and comes regularly.

Really great villa, lovely location in the hills with a great view and pool to cool off after a hot day. Host was wonderful and assisted us with many enquires and was extremely helpful.

The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing and the surrounding area is nice and peaceful. It’s a quick 15 minutes to town via bus, which stops near the villa. Perfect bathrooms, bedrooms and a kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Although we didn’t use it, the pool and surrounding area is well maintained and inviting. Martina was a gracious hostess the whole way through!

A real haven after the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. The views are stunning and the swimming pool is beautiful. My apartment was a home from home and not having a car, it was easy to get into the centre by bus or taxi. Thoroughly enjoyable stay 😃

Our host was very accommodating in every way! She gave us map detailing sight-seeing parking areas, grocery store, places of interst and she speaks great English. Our apartment was spacious, extremely clean, great location just outside Firenze and beautiful views of olive groves and mountains of Tuscany. Very nice kitchen and family area. We enjoyed the pool while resting between family outings. Easy to get a taxi or bus stop right outside gate and plenty of parking for suv auto. Beds very comfortable and spacious bathrooms. We will certainly be back!

Need a car to get around

The views are amazing!! So is the pool. A bus right outside was very convenient as well. The owners are absolutely lovely and welcoming. I would describe it as a boutique hotel/apartment with great decor and spotless clean suites.

We loved it all

We loved everything about this stay. From check in, Martina and her husband were so accomodating and helped us organise some groceries and bus tickets. The Villa is so beautiful and located outside the busy part of the city centre meaning it was a perfect place to relax after a busy day. We loved the pool area. There is a bus stop within 100m outside the villa to take you into Florence centre. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the essentials we needed to cook our meals. We loved sitting on the rooftop terrace to enjoy the afternoon sun. Can’t wait to visit again one day!

This was an amazing place to stay! Our host was incredibly helpful- warm, friendly, the best of Italy; but also went out of her way to help us with groceries, excursion planning, etc. The pool was beautiful. Our room was spotless, high ceilings made the whole place feel fresh and cool amidst hot temperatures. Surrounding terraced farms and olive trees outside our window made everything picture perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Most horrible access to the street with car since you can't see nor can't be seen by the other drivers. Little mold in the wall, but air seemed fresh. Dishwasher worked only with spoontrick.

The pool was as great for the kids as expected! The view was magnificent from the garden and even more spectacular from the roadtrips in the area. Everything needed nearby with car (great gelateria, restaurants, grocery store). We had spacious apartment with private garden and two bathrooms. Host was very nice and most helpful!

We spent 9 days at the Villa Le Statue as a family reunion and loved the location! The family who own the property are so accommodating, lovely people, that did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Each apartment is different, each with special features. Of the 2 we rented, one had a garden, with a huge outdoor table where we ate all our meals and was surrounded by olive and cypress trees and a view of the Tuscan hills. The other one had a huge terrace with couches and an eating area. The beds were all very comfortable, everything was impeccably clean, the showers modern and spacious. The pool area was remarkable, with a shallow area, making getting into the water easy and was perfect for children. We loved our stay there and were sad when we had to leave!
