5 Star Service Thanks to Nicolo! I recently visited villa rosa and was incredibly impressed by the reception staff, particularly Nicolo. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a smile on his face while answering all of my questions. The hotel was excellent, the staff was very friendly, helpful and flexible. Breakfast was superb with plenty of option to choose. Rooms were cleaned daily The location besides the lake Gatda worked for us. There was a garage for cars which was very handy.

To be honest, I cant think of anything

The room was lovely, well maintained clean and in good order. The view of the lake was especially lovely, although in the summer the trees on the opposite side of the road will obscure some of the view. The room was a suite with lake view and was big enough to accommodate 4 big (77cm) luggage bags! Excellent cupboard space.

Thanks to the whole team, especially Sofia and her new colleague did an amazing job! The hotel is very comfortable and directly on the lake. Restaurants are close by. Bicycles are available to rent for free - we had a pleasant stay and come back! 😊

The dinner menu was out of our culinary reach, with lots of raw fish dishes (on the night we arrived) and more than our budget allowed if we had really wanted that kind of cuisine, which we did not. However their are plenty of restaurants close by with more typical menus at more reasonable prices.

Breakfast is the typical italian style with lots of everything, and it’s mostly sweet. However the scrambled eggs sausages and bacon met my needs. The coffee machines were out of this world and delivered great tasting coffee, quickly too. For those of a European background there were croissants, cakes cheeses yoghurts with plenty of fruits and cakes… did I mention cakes? And to add to your appetite the view was of the the lake so was fantastic

Nothing to dislike.

Everything, it is wonderful, a real gem! This hotel should be used S the template for all hotels, I’ve travelled to 67 countries and this is the loveliest, most outstanding hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. From the staff to the bedding, location, food, (breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and for me lots of Vegan options, soy milk, fruits, Berries, yogurts, even Vegan croissants, I was so happy. I loved the style and design of the building, the cleanliness throughout it was outstanding. Overall it was super comfortable and a joy to be there, sadly only two nights but we will go back many times I am certain.

Aircon kept breaking down. On last evening of our stay we returned back and found Aircon not working again but couldn't restart no matter what. Hotel said they would fix it when we returned later. When we returned at around 11pm it was still not working. Phoned reception who confirmed it could not be fixed. I asked them what they could do about it (night temp around 24c). They said nothing. I asked for a fan which they said there were none available. They suggested that we open the large patio window and put on plenty of mosquito repellant on!! I suggested I would be making a reduction for the last night. About half an hour later the hotel manager sent up the receptionist with a large fan.

Great location right on the beach and only 5 mins onto town. Room nice and clean and small balcony overlooking the lake. Nice pool area with good sunbeds. Breakfast area nice and also good lake aspect

Very elegant hotel opposite the lake, our room had a wonderful aspect, lovely to have a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Breakfast was great, everything you could want, the hotel was beautifully maintained - and they do everything possible to make you comfortable. I would love to go back!
