We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MaltaOnly that breakfast starts at 7 but that the hot foods will not be available until later as they start preparing it when people start turning up and only in small portions. therefore if in a hurry one will have to miss out.
I liked that each room had their own car garage. You just step out of the car and into the room. Also possible to get access to the hotel through internal doors

IrelandOne of the reception team was quite confrontational about a bag we brought in and accused us of bringing in food to eat in our rooms. Apart from this, staff was very courteous, so I would say this was an isolated incident. The day we arrived I rang the hotel when we were at the bus stop but the receptionist ( I believe it was the confrontational employee above) did not offer to call us a taxi and instead gave me a series of numbers to ring. We ended up walking the 10 minutes. Information on the local area was minimal. The location of the sauna was never made clear and the spa is not ready, only under construction ( as of Aug 2022). At the pool the attendant quickly reprimanded me for wearing shoes on the pool deck, but the signage for this location rule was minimal.
Breakfast was typical of continental hotels - very satisfactory. Staff were on the whole very friendly. It is a beautifully decorated hotel and quite luxurious.
